u mean more volume of traped air in the tyre because of it width and rim size will reduce the pressure?
since the pressure is coming from the weight of d car,how does it relate with frictional resistance from the road surface especially untarred one and

in a nutshell,low profile tyres are better for manovering potholes?

between fat tyres with bivger depth say 250/50 r... and tyres of lower depth say 130/65 r...what are the advantages of the fatter ones aside giving balancing when driver.If u are manouvering potholes on highway i feel the lower depths are better on nigerian roads.how true is this?

yungboss: You dont need to use black oil! Check your power steering pump for leakage, also check youe steering rack...you have a leakage underneath somewhere, get under the car and check the lines/hoses for leakage...

I am always aware most vehicles are designed without due consideration to the African climate especially nigeria.
For example the engine oil a car manufacturer may recommend may not fit nigerian climate.

the rate japaneese cars always have problems with wheels is high.its one of the major things u will always observe in a mechanic workshop.change tyre,change shock,alignment...but other brands i guess r more durable yet only few people have taken time to reason this

am glad u understand d engineering of machines and comfort in what u buy and what good driving experience entails ,but what surprise me is that these cars are cheaper in nigeria compared to the japaneese cars flocking our nigerian road which are very expensive these days...
can we sum it as penny wise pound foolish?
bcause of wht local mechanics have made people believe

why is it that many nigerians are always fund of japanese cars like honda,kia,toyota,mitsubishi,nissan...etc aside fuel economy maybe cheaper parts in market.
i still have respect for german cars and american cars like mercedes benz.bmw,volvo,ford,...etc.
i believe they give far more better driving experience in terms of handling,acceleration,stability and longitivity...
