For those expecting pictures of life projects, here is a 5 bedroom duplex, all rooms in suite 2 family lounge gym and bar swimming pool 1 office. LOCATION: eastern Nigeria we shall be seeing updates of the work progress..... i have not done the 3-dimensional view thanks

jaz: could you give me an estimate of cost of building an 8 bedroom duplex with 5 rest rooms.budget 22m for designs like the type you see in lekki to include electrical,plumbing,screeded walls,pillars,tiles,step tiles,concrete fascial...there are cheaper designs incase you want to go below and more expensive designs. |
