I think he is too old both age-wise and tactically to coach an inpatient team like ours. He is not flexible enough, his set-up is too predictable and his substitutions don't often impact games. Whats the use of possession without penetration? Personally, I'll favor a change of coach. Also, Alonso, Azpilicueta, Pedro, Luiz, Willian, Hazard, Giroud, Higuin, etc. Needs to leave. We need a fresh start.
