I am guessing the class of degree played a role in this selection in addition to other factors. The two people here who have confirmed getting the scholarship both graduated with a first class, one with an excellent WAEC result and the other, not so excellent (in her words); ExpertNL also mentioned his mentee had a first class in his/her BSc and a dinstinction in Masters.

U need not worry if all the schools have closed for FGM. The most important thing is to win the scholarship award first. U can defer your admission till the next semester intake.

How were you able to do it, given that most schools have closed their applications even before PTDF commenced interviews?

Apply for your second or third choice or find a different school in france. You can also switch to Germany of Malaysia.

Stipend is paid bi-annually.

Who are those people telling you lies? Get your admission letter and forget about deferment as it is too risky.

You can get admission in a UK school now if you apply. But July might be too late.

Tell them you will be on full scholarship by PTDF.
