You can assess as a Marketing specialist with VETASSESS, have you written an english test? Try PTE and ensure to max your scores.

It fits my job description. Does that mean I will only be able to claim 3 years experience whenever I'm applying for 190 and 491?

2 years for non-relevant qualification then 1 year normal deduction = 3 years
Check the information sheet and be sure the job descriptions fits your experience.
