I love this, that was no watermark, watermarks do not appear like that, that TPLT was obviously a default header for the printer that created that document APC should have seriously considered their utterances before making it, a watermark can be recreated by an app, if it is indeed a watermark, they should give APC a blank document and ask them to use the app they used yo scan the Judgement Papers to make the same water mark on a blank sheet. Then compare the water mark to what was on the Judgement papers. Bursted 9 Likes |
