While there are five bids against the Court of Appeal decisions, in outline, the Supreme Court will choose if Mr. Bello ought to proceed as Kogi representative or clear office.

** Wole Olanikpekun is speaking to Mr. Faleke while Alex Izinyon speaks to INEC.

Joseph Daudu speaks to Yahaya Bello while the delegate of the Work gathering is yet to be specified.

Every one of the legal advisors specified so far are Senior Backers of Nigeria.

***Justice Sylvester Ngwata drives six different judges of the Preeminent Court to choose the case.

***Alex Izinyon, INEC counsel, said he takes note of the idiosyncrasy of the case. He solicits the court to take cognisance from Area 141 of the Discretionary Demonstration to figure out whether Mr. Faleke has taken full part in the race. He says the segment bargains in full support of the applicant.

***Mr. Iziyon says votes cast can't be acquired.

***After the entries of Mr. Izinyon

***Joseph Daudu, advice to Senator Bello said the application ought to be rejected.

He said the three grounds specified by Mr. Izinyon, that Mr. Bello was not chose by larger part of voters, that he was not qualified to have risen hopeful, and that the discretionary method was not took after have not been demonstrated by Mr. Izinyon.

Alex Izinyon had expressed in his end proclamation that "He (Mr. Bello) was a more odd who all of a sudden got programmed ticket; that is the reason he should be expelled."

Mr. Daudu contends that APC and the competitor it picks has the privilege to acquire all what was possessed by late Mr. Audu.

"Indeed, even his significant other," he includes facetiously.

Mr. Daudu says it is the race tribunal that has the privilege to choose whether a man has taken an interest in a decision or not.

Mr. Daudu says Area 221 of the constitution permits that it is the political party that challenges races.

It was one and the same race. The decision of November 21 was just pronounced uncertain and after that finished up on December 5, Mr. Daudu, Representative Bello's guidance says.

"The recipient of the votes in both races are Yahaya Bello," Mr. Daudu tells the court.

***Akin Olujinmi speaking to APC says Segment 33 of the Constituent Demonstration permits a gathering to substitute a dead hopeful.

**When solicited by one from the judges to clarify what he comprehends by a hopeful, Mr. Olujinmi said: "My ruler, hopeful is a competitor" bringing on chuckling in the court.

***Alex Izinyon takes the floor once more. He says the court ought to embrace his past contentions requesting the sack of Yahaya Bello.

He contends that Segment 141 of the Constituent Demonstration ought to be fixing to Segment 138 of the same Demonstration.

Mr. Izinyon said court records demonstrate that Mr. Faleke remained the agent governorship applicant of the APC.

The gathering and the competitor are indivisible to the extent them two are alive, he said.

***Chris Uche, speaking to Idris Wada, said the law expresses that no one other than a political gathering ought to peddle votes in favor of a hopeful.

Mr. Uche contended that the Preeminent Court never permitted a gathering to delegate someone else to speak to a dead competitor.

He said an applicant must be viewed as having taken an interest in a decision on the off chance that he takes full part in the whole procedure.

The PDP applicant's direction said the issue his customer has is that the substitution did not happen before the whole decision.

At the point when asked whether applicants vote as people or competitors, Mr. Uche said voters likewise pay special mind to an applicant.

"A gathering needs a possibility to direct a decision. The gathering can't simply convey a man to come and acquire the votes of someone else," Mr. Uche told the court.

After the contention of Chris Uche, Mr. Wada's advice, the court has gone on break.

The break is over and the judges are back. The court sitting proceeds

"Votes cast are not APC votes but rather the general population's votes in favor of APC. Along these lines, after the substitution, they ought to have begun anew," Mr. Oba said.

On the significance of a hopeful, Mr. Oba says without Muhammadu Buhari, the APC would not have won the administration.

***Joseph Daudu takes the floor again after Mr. Oba's accommodation.
