It's best to buy it from a reputable real estate company and within an estate location. Take note of the following phrase: "within an estate". If you need more info, feel free to send me a pm. I can be your plug.

Battery life is good, I watch like 3 full movies on 1080p and bright screen, battery usually dies on the fourth.
Things I like: Fingerprint grants fast access(no long password typing). The speed, laptop takes less than 20 secs to boot. backlit keyboard is useful. Usb always on port for charging.
So far no regrets.

3 movies... That's like 6-7hrs? Hmm not bad.

Thanks a lot for this!

foolbuster:

Happy sales bro.

Please can you give a mini-review bro? Screen display, etc. Battery life especially. Will appreciate

As if Catholic Church baptism is valid before. Any baptism that is not done by immersion is invalid.

Thank you o.

Gullah:
This is nonsense, the catholic church doesn't have the power to declare people's baptism illegal at all not to talk of over a flimsy excuse as this. The only thing that can make a baptism not to be valid is if it's not done according to Bible directions or principles.

Is the baptism done by the Catholic church according to biblical principles, in the first place? Isn't the Catholic church itself guilty of carrying out biblically illegal baptisms from time immemorial?

Hot 8 screen is 16k

That's high.

Geepy10:
Can touchpad for hot 8 be changed and how much?

Co-asking. Need to fix hot 8 screen asap.

Ritual procedure. How don't people know this?

Doyin2:
Mr man that is it. Any other thing is a scam!

The other way you can make it bigger in real estate is flipping, buying and selling of realty.

So if you buy a property for N170m,if your are lucky, you can sell it for N200m,hopefully in good time too.

That is about 18% return.A as an agent, you can get like 5% commission.

Spot on.

Bignuell:
What he said is the truth na. Okay how much you go put a #170m house for rent??

Well he has a point, but it depends on the kind of property and the purpose.
