Pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell said the Trump presidency will be "saved" with a "massive" lawsuit in Georgia she plans to drop by Wednesday. Powell contended Trump was "elected in an absolute landslide nationwide" in an interview Tuesday with Lou Dobbs.

"I think no later than tomorrow," Powell said of the lawsuit. "It's just going to be -- it's a massive document. And it's going to have a lot of exhibits."

"Do you think that we're going to see the Trump presidency saved?" Dobbs asked.


"Yes, I definitely do," Powell answered. "There's no issue in my mind but that he was elected in an absolute landslide nationwide."

"There's no doubt that the software was created and used in Venezuela to control the elections and make sure that Hugo Chavez was always reelected as the dictator of Venezuela, in what appeared to be -- quote -- "free and fair elections" -- end quote," she said. "But they were manipulated by the software used in the Dominion machines and used by other machines in the United States, frankly. And we are just continuing to be inundated by evidence of all the frauds here, and every manner and means of fraud you could possibly think of."

LOU DOBBS, FOX BUSINESS HOST: Well, Dominion Voting Systems trotting out a D.C. public relations firm to run cover for its problematic conduct during this year's election. In defending Dominion, spokesman Michael Steel says Dominion is funded by American capitalists. He calls it an American company.

But Dominion president and CEO John Poulos is a Canadian citizen, and he told Congress in January he owns 12 percent of the company; 75 percent of Dominion is owned by Staple Street Capital, a private equity firm run by foreman managers of The Carlyle Group. No other investor owns more than 5 percent, we're told, but Dominion will not tell us who they are or who is behind Dominion.

Joining us tonight by phone is Sidney Powell, defense attorney for General Michael Flynn, former federal prosecutor herself, and a great American.

Sidney, great to have you Sidney, great to have you with us.

Let's start with the ownership of these voting firms. I know you're focusing on that part of the -- of the electoral fraud that's been perpetrated this year in this election.

Why don't we know who they are?

SIDNEY POWELL, ATTORNEY: Well, because they have used multiple shell companies and now, apparently, private equity groups to hide their actual ownership.

But there's no doubt that the software was created and used in Venezuela to control the elections and make sure that Hugo Chavez was always reelected as the dictator of Venezuela, in what appeared to be -- quote -- "free and fair elections" -- end quote.

But they were manipulated by the software used in the Dominion machines and used by other machines in the United States, frankly. And we are just continuing to be inundated by evidence of all the frauds here, and every manner and means of fraud you could possibly think of.

DOBBS: Yes.

I think many Americans have given no thought to electoral fraud that would be perpetrated through electronic voting, that is, these machines, these electronic voting companies, including Dominion, prominently Dominion, at least in the suspicions of a lot of Americans.

We don't even know who has actually seen this software work. We don't know where their servers are for sure. We know a couple of them are overseas. And, by overseas, I mean in Germany and Spain.

It's just stunning that we have progressed this far with these companies, and have permitted these entities that we don't know what their ownership is, we don't know what their possible bias is.

How could this be?

POWELL: Because of all the corruption in the country.

We need to find a way to follow the money back as far even as when this was approved by the special government committee called CFIUS -- S-C -- C-F-I-U-S -- which are the heads of the respective agencies at the time who approved Dominion coming into the country and running our elections.

And, I mean, Carolyn Maloney and Klobuchar and Warren have been raising Cain about this issue for a long time.

DOBBS: Right...

POWELL: But nobody's done anything about it.

DOBBS: ... and as recently as last year.

POWELL: Yes.

And, as best I can tell, both parties have any number of people who are at fault in the fact this has continued to play any role in our elections whatsoever.

DOBBS: Right.

POWELL: And we have no idea who all has benefited from it. Somebody needs to do a massive money-following investigation to find out who paid what to whom.

DOBBS: I -- well, you have promised a Kraken will be unleashed.

We are -- we were expecting perhaps your suit would be filed yesterday or today. When shall we expect your lawsuit?

POWELL: Well, I think no later than tomorrow. It's just going to be -- it's a massive document. And it's going to have a lot of exhibits.

DOBBS: And -- and who will be the defendant or defendants?

POWELL: The defendants are going to be folks in Georgia who are responsible for supposedly making sure the elections in Georgia are done properly.

And there are just countless incidents of voter fraud and election fraud, writ large, in Georgia.

DOBBS: In Georgia. Are you planning any other suits beyond Georgia?

POWELL: Yes, we are. We will be rolling them out as fast as we possibly can, because it affected the entire country, actually.

DOBBS: All right.

POWELL: We even have an affidavit now from a distant state that's done by the -- one of the election officials in the state telling us all the things that person witnessed as being wrong there. So, it was nationwide.

DOBBS: Well, the number of affidavits is voluminous now. The eyewitnesses are considerable.

Your thoughts now about what will be the impact. And can it be adjudicated in such a way as to meet all of the deadlines that are forced upon you? That is December 8, December 14.

Give us your sense of the timing and the urgency of getting this to resolution.

POWELL: Yes.

Well, obviously, it couldn't be more urgent. But, yes, the time deadlines should be able to be met, and the evidence is so overwhelming, it's almost as though they were so blatant about it, they expected us to catch it. And maybe it's a diversion from something else that's going on. I don't know.

But it's all so clear that there was foreign intrusion into our voting systems, and that's going be the real -- where the rubber meets the road.

DOBBS: A person that I hold in high regard who's been at various points in this political conflict over the last four years said, the difference this year in the political corruption, and the pervasive nature of it, is that he believes the left doesn't even care, the radical Dems, the deep state don't even care whether we find out what we know.

And I thought about it, and I think he may be well -- that may be well-considered.

Your thoughts.

POWELL: Yes, I agree.

I mean, that's exactly how blatant it is. And all kinds of it are equally blatant, I mean, people sitting on the floor and on the side -- writing on the side of buses filling out ballot after ballot. It's in your face everywhere.

The statistical evidence is insurmountable. The mathematical evidence is to a mathematical impossibility. This is no way there was anything but widespread election fraud here. We have got one witness that says, in Arizona, at least, there were 35,000 votes added to every Democratic candidate just to start their voting off.

It's like getting your $500 of Monopoly money to begin with when you haven't done anything. And it was only for Democrats.

DOBBS: Do you think that we're going to see the Trump presidency saved?

POWELL: Yes, I definitely do.

President Donald Trump has tweeted again of Election fraud claims, He says this time that Joe Biden Democrats are fighting so hard to hide The signatures on the envelopes in which they (Republicans) will find massive Ballot fraud, because the signatures won’t match. Meanwhile, after recount in Georgia certified Biden’s win in that state with a narrow victory margin over President Trump, the Trump campaign has filed another recount request in the state, and recently in Wisconsin too.

Breaking: President Trump Scores Two Big Wins – One in Michigan and One in Pennsylvania

This election is not close to being over.  The President has the US Constitution on his back and this will carry him on to victory.  This won’t be in our time but it will happen soon.
The President’s team believes it has a great case in Michigan related to the tremendous amount of voter and election fraud in this year’s election.   You can’t steal votes and make up votes according to the Constitution.  Elections must be free and without fraud.


Unfortunately for Democrats they knew the only way they could beat President Trump is to commit fraud and they did it in every way imaginable.

Today the President’s team had two significant wins:

President Trump’s campaign said it scored two victories Monday in its effort to contest results in several key battleground states, as Michigan state legislators agreed to hold a hearing into election irregularities while a federal appeals court expedited proceedings to consider Trump’s legal challenge in Pennsylvania.

The developments were announced by Trump campaign senior legal counsel Jenna Ellis, who said the GOP-led Michigan House would hold its hearing at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.



“We are grateful to Michigan House lawmakers for not rushing to certify inaccurate election results,” Ellis told Just the News. “We are confident they will share the same concerns once they see the extent of the outright fraud and disregard for the law that happened in Michigan and across the nation. Every American should want to know the truth.”

Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield, who over the weekend said he feared the state was heading toward a constitutional crisis, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday ruled Trump’s “motion for emergency expedited review is granted at the direction of the court.”

President Trump’s team knew they would have to win this election outright and in the courts.  This is the way it is this year.  Joe Biden’s team cheated in every way imaginable.  There will be justice but it will be when it’s supposed to be.

Georgia Begins Second Recount As Kemp, Trump Campaign Push For Signature Verification

On Tuesday the state of Georgia began its second recount of the November 3 election results, days after Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, a Republican, identified several examples of election irregularities and gave his blessing for the Trump campaign to request signature verification on ballots, which the campaign believes will uncover vast mail-in voter fraud.
The campaign originally announced its intent to begin a second recount on Saturday in a statement declaring “Today, the Trump campaign filed a petition for recount in Georgia,” and the campaign is “focused on ensuring that every aspect of Georgia State Law and the U.S. Constitution are followed so that every legal vote is counted.”

After the first audit of the Georgia results garnered an additional 1,000 votes for President Trump, the campaign began calling for a full recount including signature verification of mail-in votes. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and the mainstream media, have so far dismissed this, despite the Georgia governor advocating signature verification on November 20.

“Given the record number of absentee ballots and narrow margin in the November 3 election for president in Georgia, I join many in backing a hand recount, and urging a thorough investigation into any voting irregularities,” said Kemp.

“The Secretary of State oversaw a complete audit, which revealed significant errors made in several counties, including Floyd, Fayette, Douglas, and Walton.” The governor added, “It is quite honestly hard to believe that during the audit, thousands of uncounted ballots were found weeks after a razor thin outcome in a presidential election. This is simply unacceptable. I’ve heard directly from countless Georgians: They expect better, and they deserve better.”

At this point, Kemp addressed signature verification, and said that “It’s important to note that this audit only looked at ballots, not the signatures on the absentee applications, or the signatures on the ballot envelopes,” and that Georgians “are extremely concerned about this.” Kemp then urged Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to take immediate action to address these concerns.

“It seems simple enough to conduct a sample audit of signatures from the absentee ballot envelopes, and compare those to the signatures on applications and on file at the Secretary of State’s office.”

Giuliani previously addressed the lack of signature verification in the now-famous November 19 press conference held by the Trump legal team and Trump-adjacent attorney Sidney Powell. National File reported:

In Georgia, Giuliani said “For example, the recount in Georgia will tell us nothing, because these fraudulent ballots will just be counted again because they won’t give us the signatures.” He also noted a lawsuit would be filed in Atlanta due to Republicans not being allowed to watch the absentee vote counting process with inspections “completely cast aside.”

“Numerous double voters, numerous out of state voters, and we have specific evidence of intimidation” and people changing votes.

Yesterday, Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis confirmed that the campaign is focusing on this type of easily and quickly provable voter fraud, while Powell launches an independent investigation and lawsuits against Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic.

To endure the Democrat-Media Complex’s blackout of any discussion of credible allegations of voter fraud or election rigging is tough enough. But watching the conservative media grapple with the Trump team’s claims of election fraud as presented by Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and Rudi Giuliani is downright dizzying. In stark contrast to the analysis provided daily by Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin, is the stultifying commentary by Tucker Carlson and, let’s say, a has-been who never was like Erick Erickson. I’m no Pollyanna and I do not have any insider information about the current state of the election, but I would like to tamp down a bit on the hysteria with my own perspective.

On November 19th, Tucker Carlson went into a Diva-style tirade about Sidney Powell’s failure to produce any evidence substantiating her claims that the election was corrupted by the Dominion voting system and whined about her refusal to go on his show and PRODUCE! THE! EVIDENCE! Trust me when I say conservatives were flipping out when Carlson went down this road. Expect his ratings to dip.

Then, Erick Erickson wrote “Nope” in which he lists Trump’s legal team failures in battleground courts — affiants walking back claims, Trump’s counsel admitting to a lack of substantiating evidence for fraud claims and walking back fraud allegations before the court, asking for recounts but not in counties that used Dominion, and failing to provide evidence in sufficient numbers to make a difference.

Further proof of Erickson’s conclusion that we aren’t dealing in the realm of fact but uncredible conspiracy theory, is Sidney Powell’s failure to provide evidence of her fanciful claims regarding Dominion, Hugo Chavez, Smartmatic, Clinton, and Soros.

At this point, I find this both deeply harmful and bordering on malicious. I would not be surprised if Dominion Voter Systems files a defamation claim against them. My suspicion is that this is payback for the Democrats’ treatment of Trump after 2016 and a whole lot of people want to be lied to and will believe it all despite zero evidence.

So, what’s really going on here? Sidney Powell is a legal force to be reckoned with and a courageous one at that. She is not only a fearless appellate expert but cut her litigation teeth in the late 70s when few women were in the field and those who were had to be light-years smarter than the brightest, most accomplished men. It took courage to throw yourself into a practice dominated by men and still retain your femininity.

Powell’s reputation is hard fought and she has a legacy of taking on unsavory characters and achieving justice for her clients. That’s a true American heroine — not someone who is incompetent, let alone reckless. Hers is not the profile of someone who would bluff her way through something that goes to the heart of our democracy and is bound to be in the history books. Moreover, there are penalties for bringing frivolous suits under both federal and state laws. She would never throw her career away on a whim with no purpose.

Moreover, lawyers do not tip their hand to a preening press or public. Revealing evidence prematurely gives the opposition opportunity to tamper with it and undermine the president’s case. No one is owed that information just because they want it. In due course, the evidence will be presented before a court so cool your jets, boys.

I, too, have been baffled by the state court misses and can understand why people might conclude that Rudy and Lin Wood may be past their prime. But we should dig a little deeper into these state court cases and look at them from the point of view of strategy.

First, let me just dismiss outright any claims that Rudy is incompetent. He may not be the guy he was in his 40s, but he certainly isn’t daft like Joe Biden. There was concern during the impeachment hearings when he did not appear to be at his best on late night news shows and rumors suggested it might have something to do with late-night appearances after dinner and a few drinks at his club. I have no idea, but it would explain why he is fine during the daytime. In fact, you can hear Rudy on 77 WABC talk radio in New York for an hour at 3 p.m. and I assure you he is quite cogent.

Assuming Rudy is not a dunderhead, I suspect the state court strategy (including all the legal maneuverings withdrawing and initiating suits) is about buying time and deflection — using the system to launch suits that knowingly do not have a high degree of success but take time.

This keeps everyone on their toes. While attention is paid to the legal maneuverings around relatively insignificant cases, the real heavy lifting is going on with Sidney Powell’s leg of the investigation. Her claims involve broad, systemic fraud that could affect tens and hundreds of thousands of votes, maybe even millions. The state cases are penny-ante dalliances that might or might not have legs but, in any event, won’t change much in terms of the vote count. They do provide Powell with the cover she needs for a deep dive into these systems and gives her time to uncover the evidence Tucker Carlson and Erick Erickson feel entitled to have yesterday.

Watch this hand, while the other hand is doing its magic. Trump is known for his three-dimensional chess tactics. This could be just that.

Assuming there is evidence, that doesn’t mean it is sufficient to turn the election or throw it to the Congress. Trump still might lose. At the very least, he will have outed the undeniable corruption in our election system and sown doubt as to the legitimacy of a Biden/Harris administration — all which helps with the Georgia run-offs, the mid-terms, and a Trump campaign in 2024.

As to the claims that this is all a bluff or a conspiracy, one must ask who gains what? Trump’s attorneys have everything to lose, including their licenses for a scam on the American public. It would further fracture our trust in the system, destroy the GOP and our chances in the Georgia run-offs, the mid-terms, and 2024. In her much talked about press conference with Rudy Giuliani on Thursday, she claimed that President Trump won re-election in a landslide, and they were going to prove it.

O’Connor pushed her about her claims that computer software used in the election, particularly Dominion Voting Systems, has been tainted, and he wondered how she would prove it. For starters, Powell said that her legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.
“It is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue,” Powell said. “Why the Department of Justice and FBI have not done something, Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they’re shredding documents. God only knows what else. More than 100 Dominion people have wiped any connection with Dominion off the internet.”

She also claims that they have testimony from witnesses opening military ballots and trashing them if they were for Trump, and substitute ballots were put in for Biden.
“I’m essentially staking my personal and professional reputation on these allegations, and I have no hesitation from what I’ve seen in doing so,” she noted. “In fact, I think it would be irresponsible if not criminal of me not to come forward with it.”

The fact that she admits she’s staking her personal and professional reputation on the line here bodes well for her credibility. She sounds utterly convinced of her case and doesn’t sound like a liar to me. But both she and Rudy Giuliani have come under tremendous attack, not just from the left but from the right:

My take, as I’ve suggested before, is that I’m going to wait this one out and not prejudge it like so many have a tendency to do with everything. Lots of lessons learned over the last four years which brings me to that place.

Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell on Saturday said that the president’s lawyers will file a lawsuit of “biblical” proportions, alleging that some elections officials were embroiled in a pay-to-play scheme with a prominent manufacturer of voting software.

“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” Powell told Newsmax. She didn’t provide or elaborate on the evidence.

“Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical,” Powell asserted, adding that “it’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in.”

Powell said that voting system’s algorithms provided Democrats 35,000 extra votes, although she didn’t elaborate. She added that Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s votes were “weighted” at 1.25 times while President Donald Trump’s votes were parsed at 0.75.

The longtime lawyer and former federal prosecutor also alleged that there were modifications to some voting machines after the legal cutoff for changes.

Powell also said that some governors may have engaged in a pay-to-play scheme to use Dominion Voting Systems—one of the Trump campaign’s chief targets in recent days. “Georgia is probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up,” she claimed, accusing Gov. Brian Kemp of engaging in a pay-to-play scheme.

Kemp’s office has not responded to a request for comment, although Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger has frequently said there were no instances of fraud or irregularities in the state.

Dominion, in several statements to The Epoch Times, has categorically denied allegations of election tampering and voter fraud in recent days, saying that Trump’s team has peddled “falsehoods regarding Dominion” in recent press conferences and interviews.

“Dominion employees do not have access to the [canvass] adjudication system, nor do they operate it,” the Toronto-based firm said in a statement. It added that “access to the adjudication system resides with the election authority using it” and that “the system is controlled through secure and verifiable user accounts, and all voter intent adjustments are securely logged in the system and then recorded in the digital image of the ballot.”

Dominion also cited statements made by the secretaries of state in Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, who also said they have found no evidence of voter fraud large enough to overturn the election.

However, the chairman of the Federal Election Commission, Trey Trainor, has repeatedly said there was voter fraud in key states. “The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” he said during an interview with “Just the News AM” on Friday, while suggested a lack of transparency

The questions raised by the Trump campaign in recent days is “very important for the legitimacy of the presidency,” Trainor remarked.

Trump has not conceded. The Epoch Times will not declare a winner of the 2020 presidential election until all legal challenges have run their course.

Last week, Powell told Fox Business that she will prove Trump’s voter fraud case within the next two weeks or so.

“We have evidence now of information from the systems going to three or four different foreign countries during the time of the election, those countries themselves could have watched the live votes come in and changed the numbers,” said Powell. “There’s significant evidence of foreign interference from the worst communist countries on the Earth with our election.”

Trump Team attorney Sidney Powell on Friday told Newsmax's Howie Carr that once the campaign drops evidence of voter fraud there will be a number of people who will need to be in witness protection.

"When are we going to have some positive developments in the president's case here?" Carr asked.

Powell said evidence of fraud will be released this coming week.

"This was very widespread, very deliberate, well-funded and everybody and their pet rock is trying to stop me from exposing it," the attorney said.

According to Powell, the various election software that was used went far beyond just the presidential election and was used so specific people were put in government positions. She believes it was also used against John James, the Republican candidate for Senate in Michigan, and Leon Benjamin, the Republican candidate for Virginia's 4th Congressional District.

"I think they did it to any particularly strong Republican candidate this time around," she said.

When Carr pressed the former federal prosecutor about whether or not there will evidence of a "smoking gun," Powell stated the Trump Team has it.

"We have a number of smoking guns," Powell said. "And we may have to get witness protection for them."

Powell has repeatedly said software and election officials have the ability the flip votes, in this case from Trump to Biden. She claimed the Trump Team also has evidence of dead people voting in the election, something Corey Lewandowski talked about in Pennsylvania earlier this month.

Based on her estimates, Powell believes roughly seven million votes were purged from President Trump and given to former Vice President Biden. She estimates that Biden received at least 10 million fraudulent votes. Although the Trump Team is still verifying the data they were provided with, Powell said if it ends up being solid, several million dead people voted in the 2020 election.

"We've also got evidence of people being paid, check stubs of people being paid to ballot harvest and do fraudulent voting," she said.

"There were several ways they did this. One was an algorithm I believe they ran nationwide but I can't say that for sure yet because we haven't had the time to run the data nationwide," the attorney explained. "But that would typically be the way that it'd be done and certainly make it less apparent that it'd been done in any one place if they ran the algorithm consistently across the country."

Powell stated "the Democratic operation had to have been involved" based on Internet evidence they have seen. She cited Biden's now infamous phrase that he had the most extensive voter fraud case in American history as evidence of Democrats' involvement.

Speaking from the Republican National Committee in Washington D.C. Thursday afternoon, Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell detailed foreign corruption behind Dominion Voting Systems, the same software used during the 2020 presidential election in the United States.

"There is no doubt it has been used to alter elections in other countries," Powell said, explaining the system was developed at the direction of Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez to remain in power.

"The Dominion Voting Systems, the Smartmatic technology software and the software that goes in other computerized voting systems here as well, not just Dominion, were created in Venezuela at the direction of Hugo Chavez to make sure he never lost an election...we have one very strong witness who has explained how it all works. This affidavit is attached...it is a stunning, detailed affidavit because he was with Hugo Chavez when he was being briefed on how it works," Powell said. "He has seen it operate and as soon as he saw the multiple states shut down the voting the night of the election he knew the same thing was happening here."

During the 2020 presidential election, Powell alleges Dominion voting systems were used to flip votes from Trump to Biden.

"One of its most characteristic features is its ability to flip votes. It can set and run an algorithm that probably ran all over the country to take a certain percentage of votes from President Trump and flip them to President Biden," Powell said. "Notably, the Dominion executives are nowhere to be found now. They're moving their offices overnight to different places. Their office in Toronto was shared with one of the Soros entities."

As far as where the campaign goes from here, Powell explained the legal team isn't giving up and in fact, is just getting started.

"This is stunning, heartbreaking, infuriating and the most unpatriotic acts I can even imagine for people in this country to have participated in, in any way, shape or form. And I want the American public to know right now, we will not be intimidated. American patriots are fed up with the corruption from the local level to the highest level of our government and we are going to take this country back. We are not going to be intimidated. We are not going to back down," she continued. "We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it and we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom."

Giuliani: Trump 'Far From' Conceding Election To Biden

President Donald Trump is not conceding the election to Joe Biden, Rudy Giuliani insisted Sunday, calling a Trump tweet earlier in the day “sarcastic.”

In an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” the president’s personal lawyer said Trump is “far from” giving up on the the Nov. 3 election despite Biden's ballot win.

“What he's saying is more I guess you'd call it sarcastic, or a comment on the terrible times in which we live and which the media has said he won,” Giuliani said of the tweet.

“It was illegal obviously,” he added about the posting. “He's contesting it vigorously in the courts. The media has tried to call the election, and they don't have a legal right to call the election. It gets decided by our electors, not by NBC, CBS, MSNBC and CNN and even Fox.”

“He's gotten more evidence of the rigging that went on he's really outraged and I am too,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani also blasted Dominion voting machines used in some states, alleging it’s a “very, very dangerous foreign company” that tallied votes in 27 states.

“[It’s] a company that's not American, a company that's foreign, a company that has close close ties with Venezuela and therefore China, and uses a Venezuela company software that's been used to steal elections in other countries,” he alleged.

“I don't think people have any idea of the dimension of the national security problem that Dominion creates. This Dominion company is a radical left company,” he alleged.

Giuliani asserted even beyond the 2020 election, “this whole thing has to be investigated as a national security matter,” alleging “the governors who gave contracts to this company never bothered to do any due diligence.”

Attorney Sidney Powell on "Sunday Morning Futures" said Trump's legal team is gathering evidence of "election fraud" that allegedly took place in election-related software, like Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic. As it currently stands, Dominion is being utilized in 2,000 jurisdictions in 30 states. Texas decided not to use Dominion on three separate occasions because of fraud concerns.

On top of that, former Admiral Peter Neffenger is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Smartmatic. He is also on Vice President Joe Biden's transition team, which calls into question his impartiality, which doesn't pass the smell test.

According to Powell, the Trump campaign has enough evidence to launch a serious criminal investigation.

"We're fixing to overturn the election results in multiple states and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but my millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose," Powell explained. "We have sworn witness testimony about why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections."

According to Powell, the witness that the Trump team has is someone who has seen elections rigged in other countries. Those same tactics and software were allegedly deployed to the United States.

"They did this on purpose. It was calculated. They've done it before," she said. "We have evidence of 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it's coming in through a fire hose."

Host Maria Bartiromo pushed back, saying the election must be certified in a few weeks. She wanted to know if there was enough time for Powell and the team to produce evidence of the alleged wrongdoing.

"First of all, I never say anything I can't prove. Secondly, the evidence is coming in so fast I can't even process it all. Millions of Americans have written by now, I would say, definitely hundreds of thousands have stepped forward with their different experiences of voter fraud but this is massive election fraud and I'm very concerned it not only involved Dominion and its Smartmatic software but that the software was essentially used by other election machines also."

Interestingly enough, Powell stated that the software's user manual talks about how "votes can be wiped away."

"It's absolutely brazen how people bought this system and why they bought this system," the attorney said.

Powell stated whistleblowers came forward over alleged paybacks. She said in states where the new election technology was purchased and implemented, there's evidence of officials' family members being paid large lump sums of money.

There are other concerns about how the software can be utilized. The attorney stated software and election officials have the ability to do things like delete ballots, force the machine not to read voters' signatures or the down ballot. Powell said there's also the ability for the machine to be programed to only count votes for Biden.

"It's like drag and drop whatever you want wherever you want, upload votes," she explained.

The attorney said the campaign has a sworn affidavit from a person who knows how the system works and was allegedly there when the system was being created and implemented.

“President Trump handily won reelection on election night…if those ballots had been accurately counted, President Trump would not only be winning the majority of the Electoral College, he would actually be winning the majority of the popular vote in this country.”

“The other thing that’s probably hard for people to understand is, is how massive, how absolutely massive the fraud has been. It has encompassed every possible kind of the old school ballot fraud [but now] we have the 21st century voter fraud. These computer voting systems…enable an entirely new way of cheating on the vote.”

I asked Steve how the left carried out the fraud specifically.

“If your candidate is behind, you frantically do one of two things. You either start discarding ballots for your opponent or you start manufacturing ballots for your guy or you do both. In this instance, they did both.”

“Why didn't Hillary Clinton challenge the voting results in 2016?” he asked. “Because she knew that if she did, the voter fraud that they had attempted at that time would be revealed.”

On Veterans Day, former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon referred to a 19th century poem to surreptitiously call for Americans to fight and die for a second Trump term.

For years, Bannon has cloaked his extremist positions with obscure and pretentious references. In this case, his co-host Jack Maxey read an excerpt from “Lays of Ancient Rome,” a poem by 19th century British imperialist Thomas Babington Macaulay. The excerpt read by Maxey on the show describes the inevitability of death and the glory of dying for your country. Bannon connected the quote to the current crisis in the United States election, using the reference as a call to violence to President Donald Trump’s supporters in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

The comments, which did not stream on Facebook or YouTube, come after Bannon was penalized across multiple social media platforms because he called for the beheading of infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci and FBI Director Christopher Wray, saying if it were up to him, he would “put the heads on pikes” as a “warning to federal bureaucrats.”

Though the platform removed Bannon’s video featuring comments about Fauci and Wray, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg told employees in an all-staff meeting on November 12 that Bannon “had not violated enough of the company’s policies to justify” a permanent suspension from the platform. A few days earlier, Facebook had also removed a network of pages associated with Bannon for pushing false claims about the presidential election. Bannon’s Facebook page has been inactive since the beheading remarks.

Other social media platforms took action in response to Bannon’s comments. Multiple accounts associated with Bannon and his podcast War Room: Pandemic were removed from Twitter, he was suspended from streaming on YouTube for “at least a week,” and his Vimeo and MailChimp accounts were terminated. As of this writing, War Room: Pandemic has resumed streaming on YouTube.

Despite these penalties, Bannon continues to call for violence amid severe political volatility.

President Donald Trump's campaign has made his first significant move in providing proves of alleged fraud in the conducted US election

The Trump campaign has just sent out an email containing obituaries of people they claim voted in Georgia.

"Trump campaign releases first set of illegally cast ballots from dead voters," the email read. "Americans should have confidence their votes are not rendered meaningless due to illegally cast votes by scheming fraudsters."

The email contains obituaries for four individuals, Mrs. Deborah Jean Christiansen, Ms Linda Kesler, Mr Edward Skwiot and Mr James Blalock. The campaign claims their identities we stolen by "fraudsters" and used to cast illegal ballots.

In the recent speech by President Trump,he said he believed that he will win the 'election' easily, but it will take litigation to prove his point of view.

"We think we will win the election very easily. There will be a lot of litigation as we can't have this election stolen like this," he said.

"There have been a disturbing number of irregularities in this election," the president claimed, without providing any evidence to support any of his claims.

He went on to make a series of unsubstantiated claims of corruption in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

"I think the Democrats should say they only want 'legal' votes counted, not just every vote. I want every vote counted. I want openness and transparency. We want an open election."

"It's not a question of who wins, Republican or Democrat, Joe or myself. But we can't let something like this happen to out country," he added

The president then refused to answer any questions from the media after delivering his remarks.
