We are currently recruiting for Freelance Enumerators/Interviewers/ Survey Experts

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures informed consent are administered to survey participants/respondents
Conducts interviews of eligible adults and children using electronic data capture techniques
Ensures each question is well understood by the respondents
Ensures each questionnaire is properly completed
Ensures confidentiality of information provided by the respondent
Reports any problem or concern to the Team Lead

REQUIRED SKILLS

Fieldwork Ability
Excellent (fluent) English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent (fluent) in Hausa both written and verbal communication
Ability to operate smartphones
Candidate must be available throughout the duration of any project they are engaged in
Candidate must be willing to work during weekends
Candidate must be willing to work in rural areas
High level of integrity and honesty

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:

All candidates must be able to read, write, and do basic arithmetic
A tertiary education is required

PAYMENT TERMS
•Payment is made on completed Questionnaire basis; and is only made upon project COMPLETION when all the questionnaires have been thoroughly scrutinized. If employment is terminated, part way through or an interviewer drops out without a valid reason, he/ she will not be paid.

•Kantar will REJECT Questionnaires with any missing entry or wrong telephone addresses that cannot be traced to the respondent and the penalty will be affected on interviewers’ wages.

•Kantar will PAY interviewers’ wages at the end of a project after all of their questionnaire forms have been verified by senior Kantar personnel to ensure they meet the required criteria. Any rejected questionnaire will not be paid for. Depending on the size of the project, this may take up to 30 working days or more.

Calendars we use in the world is 2(Gregorian and Hijri calendar) Solar and lunar based calendars respectively, In islam we use Hijri calendar and also have a new year.

Boko-Haram are non muslims. The qur'an commanded that we do not kill any soul unjustly. If a muslim mistakenly kills any human, he has to pay what we call Diya which is worth 30 million+ to the family of deceased, and then fast for 60 days afterwards to seek forgiveness on the soul he killed by mistake.
