Either the flash driver itself is not good or there is virus attack causing it to behave that way. Try to scan it with antivirus and see what you find.

I have done all that, scan, format but still remained the same. thanks brother

make a snapshot of the error message.....and paste here..
u can equally check the update source...make sure its on kaspersky lab update servers

I installed Nokia pc suite to use as modem, but i can't use it trough usb only Bluetooth which is very slow. What should i do? Your response is highly appreciated thank in advance

try to start your computer in "LAST KNOWN good configuration". by pressing F8 at start up the chose last know good configuration.
