helinues:lol. You are the only one who knows who is locking up who, out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks |
helinues:you be mumu normally, because your English isn't even straightforward and you are talking about comprehension. Tout |
helinues:ipob are not cowardice like Oduduwa agitators that's the difference |
helinues:just they talk rubbish. Wetin you they even type here |
helinues:It is open cowardice, that's why Nigeria is moving the way it is because coward Yoruba will rather sleep in a burning house than look for water to quench it |
helinues:Yorubas still remain cowards and docile till today. Sunday Igboho is a recent testament. Ran away, he was paid money and he shut up. |
Softmirror:but you don't believe the coup was an Awolowo coup |
Chucks13:who be this fooooo. Igbos didn't align with Buhari, e come be Elrufai, a known fundamentalist? Your Igbo hate must be eating up your intestines. Igbos will rather vote a candidate that will lose than vote any fulani fundamentalist. Know this and know peace, and purge yourself of Igbo hate, so you don't die in your sleep |
PDPdestroyer:which Igbos? Speak for your self. Igbos didn't align with Buhari, and you think they will align with a short islamic midget? Igbos are not naive |
Shivisee1:mumu, you think the Igbos will vote for an Elrufai, Una too mumu na just the problem |
Cabalgeneral:he knows he stands no chance or can sway the minds of south easterner with his fake rhetorics. Nobody send am for there, him and kwansogbu |
Odin13:sense you no get, same north voted out a Jonathan from south, same north is cajoling you with rubbish talk. Make Una fall for the mumu, una resources go hear am, na pipeline contracts them go use settle Una, for Una own oil. Mumu people. |
When we see how fast and far developed countries have gone and we come back home and see how Nigeria and it's states are crawling, then electing mediocre governors who believe building only roads is the way to go for rapid development is a no no. |
We have millionaires and billionaires In imo state, government can develop special purpose vehicles in form of a public private enterprises, organise an economic summit gather signatories and funding from individuals and banks who want to invest at an agreed profit sharing and control model. This enterprise will be saddled with the aim and purpose of developing multi billion naira investments in agriculture, real estate, power, logistics and tourism hubs around Imo state instead of all this minut singular investment of people littered all over the place. The enterprises can take up control and management of Imo airport and airport city, Adapalm and future palm plantations, Oguta lake resort, new cities and town development and develop the necessary infrastructure to increase patronage and revenue while holding them in trust for Imo indigenes and the investors. It can also be listed on the stock exchange. All government needs to do is set the necessary funding and control modalities, back it by law for public trust. |
SmartPolician:High time Imo state begins to look towards renowned entrepreneurs and former bank executives to run for government house. I really don't buy the idea of going for politicians and professors, overtime they have shown to fail woefully in government. Let's emulate what is happening in Enugu, Abia and Anambra. All this packaged fraud called everyday politicians won't save our state. Imagine hope building roads connecting all the major cities in Imo state, but doesn't know how to use same as bargaining chip to draw local and international investments to the state. Imo state looks stagnant even though road construction is going on. No schools or hospital has been touched since his Inception into office. The hospitals built by rochas have been left to decay, what stops him from partnering with a health management firm, fund the rehabilitation of this hospitals and institutionalise health insurance for imo state civil servants, federal workers and private individuals who can afford paying monthly for health coverage. Imagine 1,000,000 people paying 500 naira monthly and can access the general hospitals in any of the local governments for minor health cases, meet a doctor, get treatment and drugs without having to pay heavily out of pocket, imagine the number of doctors, nurses, microbiologist, pharmacist etc that will be employed and paid. What stops him from partnering with private firms in developing an operational and revenue master plan for the OCDA's to generate a portion of their operational cost to see to the efficient planning, management and provision of necessary infrastructures like traffic lights, signage, cameras, road sweepers, building permits and town planning permits for Owerri, orlu and Okigwe and not having to wait for funding. The governor cant run the entire state at once, the work load is too much, delegation of roles is very important. We are so used to one man calling the shots in Nigeria, that's why everywhere is so stagnant. Bring in private people. Also what stops him from taking a cue from what Peter Mba is doing In Enugu, building new modern packs. Partner with a renowned transport management company, build new modern parks around Owerri, in orlu and Okigwe and see how government revenue will jump in one year. ITC should be rebranded, part of it shares sold to a private company to manage and make one of the new bus terminal it's hub, efficiency will improve same as revenue. Million dollars are lost yearly from not optimal Adapalm, while Rhizome palm in Rivers state is flourishing and yielding returns because of private company management. Oguta lake is wasting, even the hotel resort owned by government is an eyesore, whereas with private partnership, a grand hotel, holiday resorts and amusement part can be sited there. What about developing and planning the construction of a second mall, larger than the current Owerri mall at the west end of owerri city, the jobs and revenue. Do you know the level of employment and revenue this few critical investments will yield for the state? With this structure in place a new governor will only come to build ontop what is already on ground instead of starting afresh but we are so unlucky in having mediocre everyday politicians as governors. Roads alone don't attract investment, but a direct and intentional approach does. To cap it all, these agreements signed with private firms will be for periods of 20 to 30 years on either Build Operate and Transfer or Operate and Transfer models to ensure stability and consistency and less government interference unless in breach of contract. |
tunjijones:mumu, be like you no they read book. Which case are you talking about? Case that has been struck out by supreme court and Nnamdi Kanu has been acquited? If there was a case, don't you think the FG would have been hell bent to sentence him a long time ago? The problem with people like you is that you guys don't read or watch news to understand. Once you see headings, you will fabricate the body of the new to suit your narrative. Start reading to understand. |
BloomingDale:Jonathan and the Ijaws are mumu people. You oil, Una use am they please foreigners, same foreigners still remove Una from power Una no fit cough, them give Una pipeline security contract for Una own oil, but na Igbo be Una problem. Mumu ijaw ogogoro drinking dullards. |
Homologous:terrible people they exist oooo. Just see talk, for somebody a court has discharged? |
ibnquasale:he has already been discharged from court if you don't know, so I wonder what your brain is telling you. He is only been held against the same law the government swore to protect |
allanphash7: |
EmperorCaesar:if you don't know what is happening is part of Sharia you won't know why they are discussing against it. The south east formed a security network to fend off this invaders but the same military who can't protect ordinary citizens from same invaders went on rampage hunting ESN. If the army can strategically dislodge ESN, doesn't that tell you that their is a conspiracy to allow banditry and marauding herdsmen to continue their killings? |
The heading is misleading. Abi op doesn't the difference between rustication and expulsion. It's rustication for one academic year rather than expulsion |
GBTYO:bring your proof, don't come and be lying on social media, this is not 1966 |
GBTYO:where is your documented proof, stop coming online to tell lies. No where was is recorded that this lies you claim ever happened |
FreeStuffsNG:this is because VAT is collected at headquarters not point of sale. How many companies have their headquarters in south east? How many federal parastatals are in the south east? |
Strictlygreen:did you even read the news? |
How do you reduce the purchasing power of Nigerians and increase government spending but want inflation to reduce? |
NoIgboSoundTueh:Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia even Japan have no much natural resource |
Faber:why you no donate your own. Mumu. Poor man they tell rich man how to spend his own money not government money. |
BadBradley:Balless incest inbreed motherfucker |
BadBradley:Miserable, low self esteem swine. Only miserable swines like you will bring your hoe like mother into a dog fight. Balless motherfucker who can't fight like a real man, but crying like a baby. Hopeless dirty swine 🤣😂🤣😂 |
BadBradley:swine. Dirty swine. I can imagine you running around in the rain, eating mud. You talk like a pig so no surprises. |
