I was able to finish this colouring in less than 45mins with mouse(not exaggerating). All thanks to a good outline.

Filling in your colours becomes easier.

Like earlier stated, a good outline guarantees easy colouring.

I use Photoshop pen tool to do my outlines. It's easier and faster. There is also an option of creating pen pressure to make your outlines smooth and fluid.

You can also outline on Adobe illustrator, Corel draw or Adobe flash. Virtually all design software have pen tool or other good tools to aid the outlining process.

If you have a Wacom tablet it is much easier, but this steps will benefit those who use mouse.

An outline is the strength of a good illustration. A properly outlined illustration makes your work easier to navigate. It also makes the colouring process less strenuous.

Outlines can be categorised as bounding lines and suggestive lines.

Bounding lines are the main outlines that defines shape or form. They serve as guides in colouring. Bounding lines are the main outline and are usually close ended for ease in colouring.

Suggestive lines are little lines within a Bounding line that is aimed at adding a few details into the illustration. These might include wrinkles or facial lines, crease on clothes, ripples, etc. They make the colouring process easier by cutting down to many details.

The illustrations below is an example . The lips, the details in the ear and the eyes are all rendered in suggestive lines, while the other lines are the bounding lines.

Op, you are right. When there is too much gap between d ages of husband and wife, it creates a lot of misunderstanding between them. This is very common among the people from d south east, south south. What do you expect from a woman whose husband is twice her age? A man of 40+ marrying a girl of 20, how will they reason same way? I av seen a lot of married couples with this and its creating problems in their homes now.

Yes...you are correct in a way but I still maintain most people will rush into marriage because of societal pressure. That is even when you'll make more mistakes. Like someone pointed above you Mary at 25 divorce at 28.

I might be wrong, but I think Lack of resources will mainly affect people who want elaborate weddings.
Speaking from experiences within my circle of friends.

You can do a small wedding or just court registry, when things get better you can then do an elaborate anniversary.

I think the main pressure comes when people dictate to others when to marry. Everybody's goals and aspirations cannot be the same.

That's also part of the issue... Even super striker in the onset was very appealing and twinned around relatable stuff in Naija....but over time the narratives started having too many western influence...

I think its the most issue with different Nigerian sector. Everyone is scared to invest until someone takes the leap. Check out football, music, acting, comedy, etc...nobody dared venture into them years back... But now everyone want to...

I will suggest you start with epoch comics, most of Nigeria's genius comic artist have worked under them ..

They are the guys that created "the Indomitable"...

No sir, I don't read comics, period. I'd love to though, if you'd point me to the right direction. Nolywood and the rest dramas we produce made me discredit any storyline coming from a native Nigerian (no offence). That maybe most of us are incapable of creating a captivating story. It's either copied or messed up

Do well to read comics within your vicinity, Nigeria have a lot of good comic studios churning out powerful narratives. Yearly, the Nigerian comic industry do have a comic convention. It gets better every year.

It will also help you know if your characters are clashing with already existing heroes or even your storyline.
