If my sponsors bank statement is $11million us dollars be ok for my visa application. Also if the statement is too big will it create any problem?

I got admission to a masters program at the university of Ottawa for sept 2017.I am about applying for visa.The program charges 9000 cad for a semester and the program can be completed in 3 semesters.I need your help with answers to the following.

2.Will a statement of 95000cad be enough.
3.The school does not require me to pay any compulsory fees as a an admission acceptance requirement.Can I apply for visa without paying part of the school fees.
