dailydolar: I really do not know why they are delaying like this especially FAU since most of their courses are without admission restrictions. If we are supposed to enrol by April, they should hv sent admission letters by now to enable us plan our visa processing. I really hope they respond this week. Please let me know immediately you get any info. |

Hello to the house. I just started following this thread and I have truly learnt about a lot from here. I finally got a date for March 21 and my enrolment deadline is April 6th and also have a funded block account. Is it still advisable to attend the interview and hopeful to get a visa before the enrolment deadline. Just curious |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by SenR(m): 3:23pm On Feb 06, 2018 |
Nordan: Am not sure it is possible, because the embassy needs 6 to 8 weeks or even more to conclude on ur student visa application. That is why the embassy all advice students willing to study in Germany to apply for the student visa on time so it would lead to visa denial. My advise is for you to defer ur admission to next study session which is september. But if u still wanna try, wish u best of luck!! 1 Like |

Nordan:Why didn't you book February date? I have been seeing February dates of recent even till yesterday. Just cancel your appointment and rebook February.Another possibility is for you to inform your school to extend your enrollment deadline to April 30th and that embassy requires a minimum of 6 weeks between interview date and enrollment deadline, inform them that your admission letter either came late or the issue with booking in German embassy in Nigeria or both ( do not forget to attach your appointment booking in PDF as proof) . If you go ahead to do your interview on March 21 when your enrollment deadline is April 6th ,the probability of being rejected is close to one. A word is enough for the wise! 1 Like 2 Shares |

Nordan: Please dont be scared. Let me know your enrollment opening and deadline date. Some people take enrollment opening for enrollment deadline. Please, let See it or or screen shot the admission letter and let US help you make just TO it. Simple. |

SenR: I advise you get a letter from the school for late enrollment. My school starts lectures on the 16th March but got an AP with the embassy for 15th March so i have a letter from the school for late enrollment. I believe it will work so I advise u do same. |

Hello guys. Pls I need a breakdown information on what is needed for a successful interview. I have a program with the UN by 2nd week of march. Which my invitation letter might state one to two week. And most importantly can I apply for an extension of stay (legally) after the program? 1 Like |

qonfupanda: Firstly He/she goes to the auslanderbehorde of his/her city to book an appointment date that he needs a VERPFLICHTUNGSERKLARUNG on basis of study for someone he/she wants to sponsor. And he/she would be given a date He/She is not under schufer (debt) list He/She Has €720 left after all his/her monthly bills has been settled His/Her job contract 6 month pay slip His/Her passport / Reipass His/Her Permanent address in DE Then he/she should have the documents of the person he/she wants to sponsor Like: Admission letter Nigerian passport and Nigerian address of the person he/she is sponsoring And the address you are going to in Germany (ur school address should serve as ur address for now) 1 Like |
