The CIPM I'm referring to here is Chartered Institute of Personnel Management not that of project management. Well, you can partake in online certification but they ain't relevant to your CV. Though, it's good for personal development and mental intelligence.

Basically be familiar with your CV. Make sure you are comfortable and don't be too over confident. It's more like a chat. It's nothing out of the moon.

Yeah, that's true bro. I did my aptitude test one of the last days in April and I passed, it took them 2 months to call me for an interview which is exact date I did my test. I did my interview in June, still haven't gotten any feedback. I had to call my connect, the person said no cause for alarm that I'm going to be called for the last interview with the MD. Patience is the key, it's going to be alright.

Thanks for your response. Though I'm not on Instagram, I just don't fancy it. As regards to the CIPM, it depends on your course of study and the stage in which you are starting from. A degree in social sciences and management courses will entail you start from "intermediate 2" it means you will go through 3 stages. I spent about 200k for the 3 stages excluding tutorials for each stage which I didn't attend because I studied on my own. For the center, it depends on your location. They have examination centers across the country (Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu, Abuja, Kaduna and Calabar). Feel free to ask any questions if you don't understand.

Note: When i mailed them about info on the position i will be interviewed for, they told me I will be interviewed for an entry role but they didn't make mention of any department be it audit, tax or advisory.

I went for their training today after the interview. Basically, it's a marketing job base on commission. You convince clients and you receive #20,000 per client and #10,000 as allowance from the company after the end of the month. You will not work as a permanent staff, just market them and earn commissions. Though, the man said there is room for promotion
