samkay12: The new BB doesn't use BIS
It's a good thing and a bad thing at the same time

Good:
You don't pay for the monthly BIS plan to get BBM

Bad:
BIS uses some sort of compression technology to ensure minimum bandwidth usage. This is advantageous in Nigeria where u get meagre download allowance for each month.

Basically, if you do a lot (i mean a looot) of browsing on BB, it might be cheaper to stick with the older models
For the new BB, Just pop in any sim, get an internet plan and you will have access to the BBM and other BB services on BB10 with no need for the additional BIS monthly thing

hope this helps
pls who told you it doess not allow BIS plans...You had better check the specs again and read more about it

Mazi_Omenuko: Mehn! Following matches on NL is difficult, following penalty shootout on Nl is plain crazy.
All I was seeing was ghana miss, ghana miss, ghana miss; it was as if ghana missed 23 penaltiws and burkina missed 19.

Lmao

collinsfbi: You can download online, you don't have any problem with that and for the quick processing, i can't tell you to apply at a particular place or not to apply, if you have complete and genunine documents, you will definately get your permit processed within the embassy stipulated time. If you don't have SAQA evaluation go to Abuja centre and if you have one you can submit your application at Lagos application centre. To me, there is nothing wrong with both application centres just that Lagos centre will demand for SAQA evaluation as one of the requirements. Some people with SAQA evaluation on this thread had earlier applied through Lagos centre and they got their permit processed within short period of time. So it depends on where you choose to submit your application.

collinsfbi: Did you bother to check this thread at all before asking your question, anyway the answer to your question is on page 7 and 23, but try and contact your school first if you will need SAQA to process your registration or not as some schools require that you evaluate your result before registration. Best of luck!
