Health / Re: Man’s Affairs With Five Married Women Ends In Mysterious Skin Disease by Zadokzoe: 9:16am On Feb 06
This looks like psoriasis. The plaques are dry , raised and most likely itchy. Micaceous scales as well. I might be wrong though.

Send a email to their customer care with d transaction session id.

I have tried messaging them. They don't reply. The vendor even sent the statement of account to me this evening and I did not see it in her account. It's just a shame.

You are in this mess because you are banking with a useless bank
This kind of problem happens all the time and it's not difficult to resolve ,it only takes from 7-14 days due to exchange of correspondence between the two financial institutions [ UBA and moniepoint] in your case.

A good bank will only ask you for the declined transaction receipt either via mail or in-branch and take up the case on your behalf
Thanks, sir. I have been to UBA a total of six times just to rectify this transaction. They print the paper showing some log codes and some technical jargon I can't wrap my head around and ask me to give it to the vendor. I assume that my bank should be able to handle financial matters like this. I am fed up, to be honest.

Tell the vendor to print his statement so u both can confirm.

The case is between you, your bank(UBA) and the vendor

Print your statement of acct, let him bring his so you both can cross check if the money did dropped in his acct

Thanks for the reply, sir. I have tried this but was met by a vehement denial of the money being with the vendor. To be honest I am sea with the numerous bottlenecks that have plagued a simple dispense error.

Good morning Nairaland family. My sincere apologies for having to bring this issue online. I need advice as regards retrieving my money from moniepoint. I bought some goods at a store on the 3rd of March 2023, and I tried paying for the stuff with my atm card using the moniepoint POS at the store. Note, this was at the height of cash scarcity. I was debited for the transaction but the POS declined my card. I tried a second time on the machine and the transaction was successful, for which I was debited again. So in essence, I was debited for 2 transactions, though One was declined and the other successful. I since went to my bank to lodge a dispense error complaint (UBA). My bank worked on it and gave me a feedback some 9 days later, telling me that both transactions were successful and that the money was with the vendor or moniepoint. I returned and gave the print out to the vendor who claimed he would forward it to the moniepoint WhatsApp group or platform that contained their agents. Well, It's been 2 months since the transaction and neither moniepoint or the vendor reached out to me to disclose the whereabouts of my money. The money in question is 10,250 naira. I have tried calling moniepoint, messaging them on social media, all to no avail. Please help, how can I resolve this and get my money back? Also what are the possible legal pathways I could use to seek a court arbitration if that will work. Thanks everyone.

Romance / Re: Smokers Please Come In by Zadokzoe: 5:01pm On Aug 31, 2022
sammisetany:
I've been having bloating and pain in my stomach for 3days now when I smoked heavily. I was even constipated yesterday till I took tab to make me purge. Now I'm still feeling the pain my stomach is not balanced yet

What to do?
Those are likely symptoms of peptic ulcer disease. Smoking and alcohol consumption are notorious triggers of peptic ulcer pain. However the most frequent culprit or causative organism is helicobacter Pylori bacteria. A triple therapy regimen consisting of omeprazole, ciprofloxacin/metronidazole and amoxicillin should clear the bacteria. However it is against the ethics of medicine to prescribe a medication without seeing a patient, and doing a physical examination and possibly some investigations. So I'll suggest you visit a health centre and see a doctor. Wish you a speedy recovery.
