My mom has preached it for donkey years to my siblings and me that Francophone countries in West Africa are better off than Nigeria if one wants to live a simple and safe life. She said those places are safe, clean and life is easy without stress. That if no be marriage and raising children, she would have moved there. After all, she speaks fluent French and was her set's best graduating student in French. Then, I used to argue, of course, with puerlie points.

Last year, I watched some videos showcasing the elite parts of the city, and one feature I noticed was no open gutters. The elite places I have seen in Nigeria with closed gutters aka well pedestrian streets, are some parts of Abuja and gated estates in parts of Lagos, and one gated estate in Port-harcourt. The rest? OPEN GUTTERS! Recently, she advised I build/buy a house in Benin Republic (Cotonou, precisely). But my fear is how safe the country would be should Nigeria descend into a war. Benin Republic would be overflooded with refugees. Ukraine's situation would be a child's play.
My brother if there's a war in Nigeria is quite different from if there's war at Benin republic... If you are capable bro what are you waiting for??... Build or buy your house and bring mum over there for vacation once in a while.

Nigeria will not work out no matter how we try, we are so diverse and have a very deep hatred for one another... It's so unfortunate that the likes of Babagida took us from regional govt to this quack federalism we are practicing because the north lacks oil. Since then nothing has prospered in Nigeria.

Only if we can go back to Regional govt, and each region using what they have to develop one another.... Or else Nigeria would never work as one, imagine what transpire at today national elections. It's certain that we are heading for collapse.

So I'll rather be at that Benin republic and watch Nigeria from afar than be here witnessing all this hatred.

Nigeria is a sinking country.... Before now I have been hearing about how many business men buy things in Nigeria and sell over there in Benin republic and making huge returns.... But because it's a french speaking country many people will look the other way or rather because it's a small country besides Nigeria that's why many Nigerians are underrating them.

To be sincere many Nigerians are now seeing light at the other end, imagine a small country with everything you need ... Even if Peter Obi becomes president I still see myself leaving this country to somewhere I can enjoy simple basics amenities... Ordinary stability of electricity The Giant of Africa cannot boast of it.

Tomorrow which is Nigeria presidential election will have many role to play as regards the future of this generation up coming... As for me and my up coming family I am done with Nigeria for good ... Would never allow my children go through the evil I went through here while growing up.

Please if I may ask.... Can you elaborate more on how to get shops for business... Can you give us some pictures of other business over there .... Would love to see pictures Bro.

RomanceRe: Laws Criminalising Same-sex Are A Sin – Pope Francis by Zaksart: 12:38pm On Feb 06, 2023
Nigeria2day:
The leader of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis said that any laws criminalising same-sex “are a sin and an injustice because God loves and accompanies people with same-sex attraction”.

Francis, who made his remarks in response to a reporter’s question aboard the plane returning from a two-country trip to Africa, received the full backing for his comments from two other Christian leaders on the plane with him.

“The criminalisation of homosexuality is a problem that cannot be ignored,” said Francis, who then cited unnamed statistics according to which 50 countries criminalise LGBT people “in one way or another” and about 10 others have laws including the death penalty for them.

Are people still worshipping in catholichuh... Where the Jesus many Catholics pagan worship is white and the one the pope pagan worship is black... What an Irony.

I thought my catholic friend once told me that catholic doesn't accept gayism I guess I am right after all... Same people that told us the story of Sodom and Gomorrah and where they knew that Sodom is the highest sin to God.

The pope should tell us where God loves sodomyhuh.... Stop serving Jesus, Mary and pastors and pope foolish people will not hear... Only God has the power to judge all mankind on the end times. Everyone will stand before God ... So don't let any fool in human skin deceive you.

God is one and he hates sodomy

You married an ungrateful woman, you need to end that union or you may not survive it.
Ungrateful and foolish Woman. She's behaving like those idiot here shouting feminism without even understanding what feminism is... She's not longer in the marriage with you, like you state that she said which marriagehuh.

She's having someone else giving her good backing.... You'll be surprised that she's already cheating on you and doesn't see or respect the marriage because to her type marriage is just another relationship....

Many women are like that... Treating marriage like the previous relationship... Why many stupid men will tell you marriage will make a bad person, a good person.

All in all... Humans don't change. That's what I always remind my wife to be, because she's of the opinion that many woman will change after marriage but I understand her plight for where she's from marriage is the highest respectable union, while to others it's never was.

You can never make woman who's used to having 5 boyfriend's to keep to one husband after marriage and you can't expect a lady who never respect her boyfriends to respect her husband.

May lady's have this mentality that they can do any how and anything in marriage and the man wouldn't have a choice. Forgetting that the man married her for a peace of mind.

Allowing peace to reign doesn't mean you are weak. My advice would be to not sleep with her again, avoid her as much as possible and try to lay a trap for her.

Probably tell her you are traveling and ask someone to observe her movement and inform you so you can trace her.... I am certain she's not longer in love with you probably because you give her too much power from the start of the relationship and it's something you can't control now...

Don't sleep with your two eyes close until you've gotten rid of her.

Stay bless... Your real woman will locate you.

Many many men will marry all this wasted girls flooding the street.

Test those gold diggers while you are dating them... Only a foolish man who's looking to get married settle for one girl before proposing.

If you want to marry... Date more than 4 girls. Test them all. Marriage is a forever thing, don't start on the wrong step.

Fear imo girls
A friend told me about a friend that got married to an imo girl he met online who's base in Abuja... Tall, fair yellow figure 8 lady... My guy friend was in lust and followed advice of drunk friends.

A very wealthy guy went to marriage in the east and became merely wealthy.

He was reaped off with bogus pride price.

And the prostitute he married is either in Abuja or Lagos the next day.

Business almost crumbled... The liability he married not at home.

Let's many men be wise... Irrespective of tribe. Marriage is a lifetime thing.

Meanwhile to my own experience... Igbo girls are highly promiscuous and unstable in relationships... I doubt they will also be stable in marriage.

Imo woman and sex are 5&6... They can fornicate for anything.

Like I stated earlier most of their stuffs is french and I don't speak or read french so I don't use or know their websites. I just know somehow they will definitely have some websites they use. You can also try searching Togo facebook groups and you will see alot of groups you can join. You just have to be ready to translate from french to english. As for calling or whatsapp to make Enquiry on anything you find, just know they hardly understand english so you can't communicate direct with them except through chat by translating.
Thanks a lot bro... Google chrome always does the translation. But in all you are indeed a great help. Please reply to my email so I can have your digits... So we can at least connect when I enter there.

Your questions are plenty but let me try to answer.

For websites in regards to what you asked they have alot but the problem is that it will definitely be in french. So if you understand french you can try to find them through Google.

There is no much requirement to setup a business here as a Nigerian. It depends on what business you want to do and the only thing is just to pay your yearly taxes at the meri.

Renting a shop is not hard and the price depends on the area or location. You can get shops from 5000cfa per month up to 100k per month depends on the kind of shop and what you want to do. My friend has a bar which he pays 20k a month for the shop, but he actually spent almost a million cfa to arrange the place as a bar so he is only paying 20k per month. There are places you see a place to do a bar like his own and you pay 50k or more per month so it depends on type of shop and location.

Lome has a very almost free shipping port, thats why many neighbors like Burkina Faso, Mali and other land locked west african countries use Togo port. So far so good it's far cheaper than clearing goods in Nigeria.

You can also make more enquires yourself as this one I gave you is from my own personal experience in the country. Many Nigerians here even have ships and shipping companies running things.

Whenever you arrive Togo, try to locate a Nigerian bar and restaurant call M21 along Avepozo express road. Thats a place you can linkup with anything about shipping or clearing to get good info. Even the owner has a ship and runs a major clearing company here in Togo and he is a Nigerian.

I hope my little info can help.
Thanks for your input... I am highly grateful . Please drop me the popular classified sites name.. Google is not making it easy for me, it's all English unrelated website she kept returning for my search.

I lived in Tunisia before the year 2014 to 2016 before leaving Tunisia for Panama. The country is good and beautiful, Tunisia and the surrounding area is good. 24 hour electricity, food in Tunisia very cheaper, also the security in Tunisia is very strict, many police officers when they go to Tunisia try to get a residence permit, the permit is very easy to get from the police, but the residence permit is only Valid 1 year after expiration. They will renew them again, but most Tunisians didn't understand English, the most widely spoken Arabic language, and French. If you speak French you will enjoy Tunisia if you don't speak French. You must learn the French language so that you can enjoy the country
House rent is cheaper you see a room like 200 dinars or 150 dinars per month depending on the area where you live. About electricity you pay 100 dinars every 3 months
Most Africans in Tunisia like Côte Ivoire Congo Comoros Guinea Mali Gabon Cameroon Nigeria Many Africans in Tunisia live there and some study there
You are a very versatile traveler... Meanwhile please can you message me or respond to my email notifications I sent you. Thanks.
TravelFor Those Permanently Staying In Kenya, How Do You Go About Your Permit???. by Zaksart(op): 7:06pm On May 07, 2022
I a friend who's a talented artist (musician) have heard, alot of positivity in the booming in entertainment industry over there in Kenya.

Nigerians doesn't value good music and you must be connected to get ordinary airplay or you'll pay radio DJ's and presenter through your nyash.

For those that are very traverse with Eastern Africa countries, you'll understand that naija music is big over there.

Dishing out music from Kenya to the world doesn't make me less an artist or less a Nigerian. After all Nigerians love already made Artist, no matter where you drop your music from In the world, what matters is talent.

My Q is as a Nigerian living legitimately in Kenya, how do you go about your permit. There's rumour that getting permits or renew an old one maybe difficult.

Please anyone with an ideahuh

Thank You.
