I just hope it’s not what people call “depression”.
Just sad & lonely.
😞 I don’t want to talk to anybody.
It comes with the weather; conji sometimes masquerades as depression. This is where your husband comes in. A little doggy here & there will restore your happiness.
If he's at work right now, call him to get ready for lot of action later today. Then you handle the logistics.
By the power of the Holy Ghost, I command every leaking pocket, purse, and wallet to be sealed now by the blood of Jesus Christ". "Every waster, seed eater, devourer, and power of the leaking pocket, die!". "I decree and declare by the special grace of the Holy Ghost, let every leaking pocket in your life be sealed now by the power in the name of Jesus Christ".
"Father, block every space causing unprofitable leakage to my finances, in the mighty name of Jesus". "O God my Father, dispatch your warring angels to pursue, arrest and destroy any power anywhere building financial roadblocks in my pathway to prosperity, in the name of Jesus Christ". "O Lord, teach me the divine secret of prosperity".

3, Angelic Intervention: "O God my Father, dispatch your warring angels to pursue, arrest, and destroy any power building financial roadblocks in my pathway to prosperity".

Truths9ja: The controversial leader of the United Kingdom, UK, Conservative Party, Kemi Badenoch, has opened up about her faith.
Featuring in a podcast by the Free Press editor Bari Weiss, on Friday, Badenoch revealed that she no longer believes in God.
She clarified that she is not an atheist due to her lack of belief in God, emphasizing that she identifies as agnostic.
She described herself as a “cultural Christian.”
Badenoch said, “I don’t believe in God anymore. But I am not an atheist, I am agnostic. I used to believe in God very much but now I describe myself as a cultural Christian.
“I don’t think it matters if people believe in God or not. What matters is what they do with the belief or the lack of it.”
Hemart: Hello Nairaland, please a 21 years old boy needs your advice.
Recently, OAU just offered me admission to study (education and geography) and which is not the course I choose or passionate about.
But due to the pressure on me from my parent and others, I'm willing to accept the offer and get away from home because this is third year of me processing admission .
Now this is the problem, adding the both the school fees and house rent together going to over 200k.
Now I think, Instead for me to go on and waste such amount for on the course I didn't even understand. I'm thinking of collecting the money, then go far from home and start something with it as source of income.
Then sit for another jamb next year.
What will be your wisdom to me ?
I don't know you personally nor the skills you possess, but if I were in your shoes I'll look for a genuine person in your town who will teach me any of crypto/forex/deriv trading.
With this training in a year, you will fund your education without help.
Abbeyme: Teenager Sues UK Parents For ‘Deportation’ To Africa
According to report, the boy, whose identity is protected, contacted the British Consulate and a child welfare organization after his parents registered him at an African school before returning to the United Kingdom.
The parents “physically and emotionally abandoned” him due to concerns over his potential involvement in gangs in London, according to the boy’s legal team.
The boy, however, denied the accusation.
The boy’s lawyers at the hearing which began on Tuesday, requested a judge order his return to the UK, where he has lived since birth.
However, the boy’s father’s lawyers argued that the decision to send him abroad was a legitimate exercise of parental responsibility.
The boy was described in court as “very polite and articulate,” with a passion for football and cooking.
According to Fottrell, he was enrolled in a school abroad without warning or consultation with him, under the pretence of caring for an ill relative. Upon arrival, his parents left him there.
Foulkes also shared that the boy had frequently been late to class, stayed out late, and had been suspected of engaging in criminal activities.
The school had concerns about his social vulnerability and had observed him with expensive clothes and phones, while his phone contained pictures of knives and friends holding knives.
Foulkes further stated that, in her view, “high-quality care and education in a boundary setting” was available in Africa, where the risks the boy faced in the UK were not present. She believed that the boy’s potential would be wasted if he were to return to the UK.
The court also heard that the parents’ decision should be respected, as it was made in their son’s best interest, even if it did not align with his wishes.
The hearing before Mr. Justice Hayden is set to continue at a later date.
I'm quite new to here and I have some few important questions.
Would it be possible to report a thieving family over a petty theft case to the Police. Would it be treated as an actual case or in material legal sense, it'd be thrashed?
And also, in the Nigerian context, in the Nigerian police or relevant body's context, given that the culprit is a family member, an older one at that, would they but brush it aside and see it as opportunity to extort only without any actual action because 'yeah, don't do it now' sort of thing?
The culprit in question is older and had often been engaging in petty stealing of what doesn't belong to him, not actually because the victim or victim(s) don't provide for him financially or and more, or that he himself doesn't have a lot himself, but often out of wickedness and the sheer believe that he'd do it and get away with it.
This is a person that not only abused me verbally and physically as well in most humiliating manners. E.g. when I was still an undergrad, this same person realized I got fund from scholarship, he's older and comfortably richer would then come up with excuses, abuses and insults and irresponsibilities to extort the money from me, and so much more, financial-wise.
I would try to do whatever that is good, but because it didn't come from him, because he's the supposed older, would vehemently go against it, say it's impossible and words like "if you try it, you'd regret it" and lines like that. And such various actions like, maybe setting up a structure, e.g. a well-made wooden chair, but the next day, that's when he'd realize he has missed cooking with firewood and would use the chair to make fire.
He's the supposed older, so hardly anyone questions him. In fact, he's so good at eye service and acting like an emotionally sensitive thing that my female siblings would even be justifying his actions with laughter. Using that chair scenario for example, sister A would simply laugh it off like "you too, you don't expect him to cook firewood that he misses? He really tells me good things about you and appreciates you", and laughs it off. Sister B too would say "ugh. He has good words, he is emotional."
The occurrence that happened recently, I repeat, it is very petty, less than 5,000N worth of theft, but it wasn't the item stolen, it was the wickedness beneath it that he knew it belonged to me, knew it wasn't his, but intentionally took it, and when confronted was like "I can't believe [the victim] is saying this to me."
He knew exactly what he did, he had done scenarios like this way too often, usually intentionally, like there are two similar items, one category belongs to everyone in general, but the unique singular one that a victim owns, he'd steal it and when asked, he'd form clueless and that it should be forgotten about.
I wouldn't like this to continue. Not that he should be ultimately prosecuted, but for him to see that you can't act wickedly always and get away with it, especially when it involves crime be it petty. Crime has no other name, it is crime.
So, I beseech once again, based on various Nigeria contexts, how feasible is it to report this case, would it be played down, or would they want to "domestic-counsel" instead? How may I go about it?
I'd appreciate answers please.
Thanks in anticipation.
This your story is too long. Nigerian police will eat your money and tell you to settle. If you value yourself, the relationship has to end. Such a person shouldn't be anywhere around you for the sake of your sanity. If it means moving out of the house, it's a price worth paying.
Some ignorant folks will tell you that blood is thicker than water, meanwhile they've never walked in your shoes . If you like, believe them and allow a pig to drag you into the mud.
hedonido: If I had my way, both Kanu and the bastard Ekpa would be used as manure. They are worthless. Same as anybody else like them who comes out to offend the sensibilities of well educated Igbos in the name of a so-called Biafra agitation. Arresting them is not what I need. I need them eliminated.
The Igbos have a legitimate case for self determination. But it cannot and WILL NOT be led by barely literate, jobless, egotistical vagabonds like Kanu and his fellow imbec1le Ekpa.
It has to be a proper secessionist movement LED by an assemblage of proper intellectuals. Even if there'll be a militant wing, such a wing must be subordinate to the intellectual ASSEMBLAGE. Not the current situation where the criminal vagabonds are not answerable to anyone and just operate with utmost, indiscriminate anyhowness... Displaying madness without method.
And I emphasise assemblage because I don't want any single individual feeling too self-important and hanging shoulder like a megalomaniac. It would lead to another Ojukwu, or Kanu, or whatever idiot who sees himself as Alpha and Omega of the Igbos. It just cannot work. Igbos are Republican. It must show. No be by mouth.
This is the first time I've seen someone who shares my thought on this platform
NgeneUkwenu: Barring any sudden change in tactics, IPOB are about to declare every Tuesday of the week as Sit-At-Home day in the 5 Eastern states to protest the arrest of their Prime Minister, Simon Ekpa.
Recall that, Monday of every week is already set aside for Nnamdi Kanu's release. So what it means is that, we have only three days to work here in the east.
This is a developing story..
What do you all think?
They are still learning Let them add Wednesday for Ironsi & Thursday for Nzeogwu, then Friday for Mbadinuju Finished people
BlindAngel: And millions of guys that got women pregnant and left them as baby mama's?? What would you say about them? I'm I the first to get a woman I'm not in anyway attracted to pregnant??
We're living in perilous times brody. For the next one week, be eating outside. Also avoid peppersoup for the next one month. You'll be fine
Sonofgod1990: I couldn't believed my eyes when I received my last month nepa bill. Could you believe me that NEPA people are owing me about #7000. They only charge me 500# every month and I have been paying 1k. And now they are owing me about 7k. This the only place I will say that Nigeria govt is somehow trying for me
It's like you don't stay at home. How can a human being use only 10 units in a month? Abi na only phone charger dey your home?
ch214: It is people like you tribalistic bigotry hypocrite yoruba person that God will punish mercilessly for supporting tinubu to become president of Nigeria, tinubu that have made life miserable for the people of Nigeria. A litre of fuel Nigerians used to buy for 200naira during Buhari tenure, but are now buying during tinubu regime for 1,100 a litre of fuel. God forbid
Your tribalism says more about you than me.
You tribalistic bigotry hypocrite yoruba person hate south south region, northern region, south east region and even hate akpiabo and shettima but your animal tinubu is worse than akpiabo and shettima.
Imagine tinubu the certificate forger, drug pusher and terrorist ruling Nigeria and destroying Nigeria economy with his worthless policy.

21lucky: Calls are growing louder for Nigeria's lawmakers to impeach President Bola Tinubu, citing various reasons that warrant his removal from office. With a proposed deadline set between November 2024 and March 2025, lawmakers are under pressure to act swiftly.
The public is increasingly frustrated with Tinubu's leadership, and lawmakers are under pressure to respond to their constituents' concerns. Impeachment proceedings may be the only way to address the growing discontent.
It remains to be seen whether lawmakers will heed the call to impeach President Tinubu. However, one thing is clear: the Nigerian people demand change, and it's time for their leaders to take action.
After impeachment, who will then take over? I hate the guy too, but among the useless president's cabinet, t1nubu is the lesser evil when compared to animals like akpab10 and sh3ttima.
I know the call for impeachment is sponsored by head_slammers . They thought he was about to die like yaradua . na God go punish dem.
Veiniously: Thank you guys. Finally, I was able to find out the truth I was able to make her say the truth using my wisdom. Almost all the stories she told me was a lie. She willingly went with the man of over 40 years to the hotel thinking she would be able to get money from the guy but it turned brutal and the guy had sex with her in the hotel and also give her just #500 for transportation.
This is the girl I love but I don't put all my heart on women. She has learned her lesson the hard way because I was always warning her about collecting money from guys and trying to be smart.
I will end this thread this night I appreciate all the comments I got ideas on how to ask her tactical questions and she later accepted and was crying just some minutes ago.
Justme1234: Hello everyone, this is serious. I have been a nairalander since 2013 and I think I need help now.
About last 2 week, my family including me had a serious quarrel with our inlaw, the quarrel was so though and words were said. The man (our inlaw) boosted that he will deal with us, me in particular but I told him he can't do anything. I told him he doesn't have any money, but I remember he said its not about money.
Just now, about 30 minutes ago, I had a rolling sound from the top of my roof, I quickly on my flash light but I could not see what actually felled down from the roof. Though I had it clear the sound of the fall from the roof. I have searched and looked but did not see anything.
This just happened now, but I thing I am feeling something.
My left leg is feeling somehow, I can't even understand it, I can feel it very well. I am beginning to think if its spiritual something because right now I can't feel my leg very well. I haven't say it out though, just sitting and thinking currently
What should I do, do I watch it, or what should I do now. Please, this is serious, I need advice.
Don't be scared. What is done can also be undone. If he feels that he's the only one who can patronize witches and wizards, it's time to clear his doubt. I just hope your hands are clean
