Time to make a decision. Strong Point: If you are truly getting free accomodation in Enugu, there won't be any much of a difference between the 250k job in Lag and the 90k job in Enugu. Why? I must presume that accomodation, fuel, feeding et al consume maybe like 2/3rd of ur pay. I don't know how much you are able to save but that 2/3rd will be the equivalent of 1/5 when u get to Enugu.
