The problem is that our leaders are clueless as to what they want to leave as legacy for "their" people. Probably, someone must have suggested it to His excellency for selfish reasons without checking out the feasibility. ![]() Unwholesome competition with a sister south-south state could be it too . |

Was not really thrilled by the idea of a Carnival in PH having been to Calabar and heard the sights and sounds of the original carnival everyone in Naija knew first . However, my apathy towards the PH weeklong carnival hit me on the wrong side as I got trapped in traffic for hours along Olu-Obasanjo road in GRA and so I was forced to enjoy the carnival as long as the traffic lasted. I had to snap pictures from my car with my phone. Just thought to share with fellow nairalnders who maybe interested to see what it looked like on that day.

@OP, I think he may have feelings for you but doesnt want it to go beyond that. Kindly find yourself another partner, @ least, that would distract you and (re) channel the emotions you are directing at this guy. If he gets jealous, it doesn't mean that he would rather you come back. My dear, wake up and move on, this guy is not interested in settling with you |
Still available |

So close to the federal capital territory yet, ![]() The common man has again paid with his life. Na wah O! |
@ poster, You have a good case, there was no default on your part BUT there has been a breach by the other party (the bank). Go ahead with your litigation. If possible use either an activist kinda lawyer (with whom you would agree upfront that his payment would be a certain percentage say 10 or 20% of damages to be paid by the bank), and whose other objective should be righting injustices of this sort OR better still, get one who is an old friend but try as much as possible to keep the case very professional. Best of luck! ![]() P.S For my fellow NLs, make haste to notice the newbreed of legal icons and entrants into the judicial system in our country. Every profession has its quota of corrupt people. The times sorry the profession is changing! Remain blessed. |
