I opened my dispute this morning and my refund was granted within two hours. Though I opened the dispute before and I was told that protection period has not expired, I canceled it immediately then I opened another on today.

You can either accept Aliexpress proposal and wait for five days or cancel the dispute allow the additional buyers protection to elapse before opening another dispute but you must act very fast

It's not only mobile phones. It affects every order item bought from the platform. 4 of the orders(not mobile phones) I placed last year didn't arrive. I got my refund instead.
