The only bulletproof advice I will give you bro is: Never delay sex just because a lady (Nigerian one at that ) claims to be a virgin. Almost all non-virgins claim exactly that, because it's a normal thing for a girl to try to appear chaste in front of her new mate. So if you eventually "pop the cherry" to find out that there was no hymen, don't accuse her of lying or whatnot, rather I will suggest you simply accept the fact that you got played by a player. Then proceed accordingly by switching the game to your favour .

Also there is no harm in dating a "Below Average - Economic wise" girl at all. That is if you know within yourself that you are in it for only the short-term (like a sensible man would). It is when it concerns settling down (marriage or long-term commitment) that I acknowledge the rule against broke/extremely poor girls.
My reason for this is that: for short-term relationships, the financial cost of servicing them for both girls from rich or poor backgrounds are almost equal, especially now that most ladies are inherently materialistic and still expect their male mates to be providers. So a girl (from a rich home) will still expect you to pay for dates, do most of the callings, and other relationship expenses etc. just like a girl (from a poor home). It's in Marriage that the whole ball game changes because the financial burden of the poor girl's family would solely rest on you (especially if you're now the richest in your new family) as opposed to marrying a girl with wealthy background. Also you can't gain from the former, in terms of possible connections or financial backing in the future if something negative happens to you. While for the later, there will always be that rich uncle, father, or aunt, that can easily come through for your new family financially because of the well-being of their daughter (your now wife).

Another thing is that, don't spend your resources or play a fatherly role in her life simply because of the wide gap in both of your economical standings. Don't make her a queen out of your sweat while dating, rather, simply toy with her for the meantime and see how it goes. Also no dey too carry relationship matter for head sha because most of the time na just cruise: Women go dey try game men, and men same to women. Na who Bleep up, lose.

Here is my short answers to them (The bolded ones);
1. Is she truly a Virgin? Did you confirm it yourself?

2. Mr. Time will do its magic as long as you don't play into her games and keep your resources (financially) away from her as much as possible even if she requests directly. And look out for the red flags. They will definitely appear with time, even if she tries her best to fake it at first.

3. There is no gain in a man delaying sex, Ubunja has trash this topic numerous time. By the time you attempt to pop the cherry, there might not even be one waiting for you . Ouch, that would hurt tho.

In all you do, simply enjoy your life, live in the moment, but at the same time protect your resources while dating the said girl (if you proceed to do that). Thanks for reading through and sorry for the lengthy post.
