Soyinka: NFL Player Offers Someone $1.5k To Switch Seats, Gets Rejected

Carolina Panthers star, Cam Newton, got denied over the weekend, after offering $1,500 to switch seats aboard a 10-hour flight from Paris.

The player had originally paid for a business class seat from Paris to Charlotte, but missed the flight. .

The quarterback was then forced to fly home via a connecting flight in Dallas in regular economy with no extra legroom.

Newton, a 6-foot 5-inch tall man, then offered the unidentified man $1,500 for the seat and was subsequently turned down.

Newton smiled and walked back to his assigned seat. Elisara Edwards, who recorded the incident, said: “He asked the guy in front of us about his seat and if he can trade seats, and the other passenger asked him how tall he was.

He said he was 6-6, and the guy goes, ‘Well, I’m 6-4, and I’m with my buddies here, so I won’t be able to give up my seat.’ And he asked him if he would trade for $1,000, and he said, ‘No.’ And he’s like, ‘$1,500?’ And he said, ‘No.’”

However, Nigerians have attributed the incident to that of Professor Wole Soyinka with a man on a plane few days.

Beautiful Teenage Girl Almost Ran Mad After Consuming "Drugs" In Abuja

A video came across by Zenithnaija, shows how a young girl reacted horribly after consuming hard drugs in Abuja.

According to reports the girl all the way from Gwagwalada, attended a friend's birthday party and consumed illicit substances that almost left her mad.

In the video making rounds, the girl could be seen rolling on the floor, saying gibberish and all sought of abnormal things as her friends filmed her.

A full grown man has been blasted by internet users for almost drinking to his death all in the name of bet.

According to reports, the Ghanaian man consumed 6 bottles of 42% alcoholic drink after bragging to his friends.

In a viral video, immediately he finished the last bottle, he slumped and was unconscious before he's temporarily resuscitated by given raw garrison and water.

He was later rushed to the hospital for further medical attention/treatment.
