Soldier home from Afghanistan deployment surprises mom on bus she drives •

The last time Joquina Williams saw her son, U.S. Army National Guard Sgt. Christopher Williams, was late last year before his deployment to Afghanistan.

The last place Williams thought she would see him was when he surprised her by trying to come on board the sightseeing trolley she drives in Savannah, Georgia, last week. "I was not expecting to see somebody walk on the side of my car," Joquina Williams told "Good Morning America." She recalled her first thought upon seeing her 24-year-old son was, "My baby is home." Sgt. Williams, who was not available for an interview, had been on a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan, according to the Georgia National Guard. He serves in the Macon, Georgia-based 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. (MORE: How a yoga studio near Fort Hood is serving its military community)
He has been in the military since the age of 18, according to Joquina Williams, a mother of six.

Joquina Williams expected her son to arrive home in November. "He told me had been planning it and a lot of people knew except me," she said of the surprise. "He’s been gone for a while so just seeing him, it was just like it was yesterday."

For divine intervention, passengers onboard an Air Peace flight from Port Harcourt escaped unhurt Tuesday when their plane made a forceful landing in Lagos.

It was learnt that the B737 aircraft dropped from about 20 feet and slammed onto the Lagos airport runway causing substantial damage to the plane’s front undercarriage, including a burst tyre.

As at the time of filing this report, the Accident Investigation Bureau officials were at the scene inspecting the aircraft.

AIB said it would issue a statement on the accident later.

A doctor working at the Federal Road Safety
Commission Clinic in Abuja has been accused of refusing to treat woman who stopped him from molesting her.

Ashmusy who took to Instagram to share the story wrote;

“The Chief Medical Officer Of Federal Road Safety Commission Clinic in Gwarimpa violently refused my wife treatment this evening because he claims that she refused him performing an invasive scan in her vagina about two weeks ago.

My wife had said two weeks ago that she was not comfortable with a male doctor inserting stuff into her vagina because of the nature of the procedure. So a female doctor attended to her instead.

So this man bore a few grudges and walked her out of a government hospital today when she was in very bad shape and the ailment today (malaria) is totally unrelated to the uterine scab issue of two weeks ago.

I feel so hurt to see my daughter cry as her mother was denied treatment. My wife was so weak and unable to respond to the vitriol this man was pouring today!!

am petitioning the Nigeria Medical Association as well as FRSC and my lawyer has been briefed to commence legal action against this rather curious act of suspected perversion. I know a lot of doctors do terrible things to their female patients who keep quiet but this one will not be swept under the rug!!!

We had to go to another hospital and I am typing from there with PAIN!Valuable treatment time lost because a pervert’s ego is bruised. This nation really frustrates her citizens!

A Nigerian Singer, popularly known as Specdo has come out to Call out his fellow artist Davido OBO for allegedly stealing the title of his new song titled "Blow my mind" which he Davido is set to release with an American singer Chris brown.

The singer made this revelation on his Instagram page in a video he posted, revealing that he's highly dissapointed with Davido stealing his song title "blow my mind" despite previously stealing his song title Owo ni koko back in the year 2014.

Alleged Domestic Violence: After 24hrs, Wizkid’s 3rd babymama claims her account was hacked.

Yesterday, Ayo Balogun aka Wizkid’s manager and the mother of his third child, Jada Pollock accused him allegedly of domestic violence.

Pollock made the allegations on her Insta story when she announced their split. She alleged that the singer hit her multiple times during the relationship.

She wrote on Instagram @_jada.p,

“From today, Ayo and I will no longer work together. I have been in an abusive relationship with him for years. Covering up for him time and time again and I am tired.

“Wiz continuously puts his hands on me, leaves me with bruises that I cover up from the world, including my friends and family. “It often feels like we are at war in the same house. I have done all I can to keep this all together but from today, I let go. “You can support someone as much as you can but at some point, you have to value yourself. I can’t raise my son in this kind of unhealthy environment,” Pollock said.

Wizkid’s relationship with Pollock began on professional terms before the arrival of their child causing rifts between the mothers of his children. In May 2018, the relationship between the mothers of Wizkid’s second and third children reached an all-time low.

They were both caught up in a social media rift after Pollock praised the father of her child for being such an amazing father.

Pollock is an entertainment veteran also known as Jada Styles. She is the head of her consulting business firm she shared with African football star Didier Drogba. She is responsible for the branding of many affluent and prominent football players. The daily star and West London Living once referred to her as a highly acclaimed image guru.

However the mother of one, taking to insta story, this afternoon, debunked the reports that made rounds online, claiming her account has hacked.
