So I stumbled on a site that offers an opportunity to learn Digital Marketing for free. Its GenM. GenM is a Company in Ottawa, Canada that offers free online training in digital marketing practices. The remote apprenticeships allow you to work with reputable professionals living in different parts of the world. In the process, you get to practice digital marketing and get valuable work experience. You also get to help the company you work for achieve their Digital Marketing goals.

In order to get valuable job opportunities, you need to possess relevant skills and you need about one year of work experience. GenM helps you get both the skills and the experience you need to get ahead in your career.

You can take the trainings from anywhere you are as well as the apprenticeships. Though the apprenticeships are free, you will only be working for about ten remote hours a week while gathering valuable work experience from different international companies.

Hey guys,

So for a couple of weeks now I have been brainstorming how I can create a celebrity gossip page and promote it to make millions like Linda, Bellanaija, pulse etc.

Well this is what my research produced "read carefully"

Step 1
Create a website using using WordPress (this is the foundation of your success story) most website are built on WordPress even news agencies too.

Find a company that can help you design a cool looking website that is fast and user friendly both on mobile and PC. A friend suggested using DMZ Tech they are cheap and cool ( considering them now sha)

Step 2.
Getting a website is the easiest of all your tasks. If you get a website that people are not seeing or even interacting with, then its a complete waste of time and resource so that brings me to where the second research led us "how to market our website". But since we didn't know, where to start, digital marketing was definitely the best option.

This was definitely the gold, i can learn free and practice how it is done with oyinbo (white) man business
and replicate on our own new website. Cool

Finally how to get the gossip gists.

I ask myself how many celebrity do I know that i can snitch and gossip about? (Zero)

Definitely doing it alone won't work so how about I ask people to post it for me on the website and get paid doing it.

Am sure 1k per gossip and in 6 weeks the website will be too big for me to worry about making money any more.


I will update you guys on my digital internship with international company and as my gossip website journey progress. Stay glued to this thread.
