Foreign Affairs › South Africa Xenophobia - Is It True? by zhike(op): 1:43pm On Jul 05 |
Most Nigerians they always talk about Xenophobia and they don't understand what is xenophobia.
Xenophobia is the hatred of foreigners and South Africans don't hate foreigners.
The problem of South Africa is illegal immigration, Illegal immigrants will sleep on the streets, sleep on the abandoned buildings, sleep under bridges, rob everyone who passby so that they can have food, they do burglaries in the houses to have food.
Foreigners will beg money on the streets, open barber shop, hair salon, sell old cloth in the streets were selling is prohibited.
Foreigners will open prostitute shop and kidnap girls from other African countries.
Foreigners will open spaza shops and sell illegal food.
South Africans jails are full now with foreigners.
Based on the above issues, as a Nigerian what were you going to do |

You people don't even know your own laws which is why you run around asking people for Dompass...sorry papers on the streets. Nigerians must just go back to Nigeria and fix it |

helinues: Bro, this is beyond shame, they don't have a clue about the consequences of their actions.
The stigmatization will take decades before it can fade away, their generations to come will miss so many opportunities outside their countries.
Before then, most of their daily products, There are reasonable number of foreign owners, the workers are mostly African migrants as their people are too lazy to work ( Alcohol won't allow them)
When they start running out of basic food products, we shall see if they will be eating each other If this is how you think, I think you need help |

SAs behave worse than a pack of wild dogs. This is exactly what Whites saw decades ago in them, and imposed the apartheid system on them. Of all 55 countries of Africa, only SA experienced apartheid. Truly the blacks there deserved it many times over. Apartheid was way better than slavery you experienced in Nigeria. |

seppuku: If they don't leave then what?
You will make SA ungovernable or you will unal.i.v.e them. If they don't leave president will step down and new president will take over. Police are always saying that they can chase foreigners within a week but they are waiting for instruction from government. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: 300 Ghanaians Repatriated From SA, Only 10 Found To Be Legal - VIDEOS by zhike: 9:32pm On Jun 03 |
seppuku: but they are not going to leave South Africa. That is the point. They will leave by 30 June 2026, to be honest Nigerians are not too much impacted because we don't have many Nigerians compared to other migrants. The main target is Indians, Pakistanians, somalians, ethiopians, Zimbabweans, Mozambiques,. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: 300 Ghanaians Repatriated From SA, Only 10 Found To Be Legal - VIDEOS by zhike: 7:34pm On Jun 03 |
seppuku: Your government will relocate a majority of the foreigners out of your communities, and they will form a parallel class within your system with schools, hospitals and an economy. You will grumble a lot but will have no "additional" excuses going forward that the foreigners are the reason for your hunger. That will be good if foreigners can leave, we will deal with next problems as they come, the problem is when you don't deal with problems. |

JaceBlaze: Where are the meaningful protest marches and campaigns aimed at combating banditry and terrorism in your country? Instead y'all are focused on meaningless nonsense like starting Arsenal, Chelsea, etc fan committee while real issues in the country get ignored. Well said |
Foreign Affairs › Re: 300 Ghanaians Repatriated From SA, Only 10 Found To Be Legal - VIDEOS by zhike: 11:49am On Jun 02 |
seppuku: No the real problem is that the government admitted "legal" migrants into your country and instead of segregating them away from you people the took the chance of intergrating them into your communities and locations.
It did't work out and now they don't know what to do because these people are now legal in the country but you still want them to vacate.
You are in a conundrum my dear friends. Its xenophobia.
More that 90% of Nigerians still live in Nigeria so I am not sure what you mean by confronting challenges in Nigeria. This is done everyday by well meaning Nigerians but again you are fed propaganda about the rest of "africa" because you see poor Africans migrating to South Africa.
Go back to school You are correct the mistake that South African government made was to allow the migrants to integrate with the locals, and you are correct government is unable to solve this xenophobia crisis. In reality only rich should migrate and poor should remain in their government and their government should look after them. The problem is that in South Africa migrants will beg money in the road, still for survival, etc. The main problem was caused by South African government by allowing poor migrants to integrate with the locals. I trust South Africans, they will fight with their government until government do the right thing by formally chasing the foreigners |
Foreign Affairs › Re: 300 Ghanaians Repatriated From SA, Only 10 Found To Be Legal - VIDEOS by zhike: 10:22pm On May 29 |
seppuku: Yes, we know xenophobia is real. Call it whatever you want, the reality is that foreigners overstayed their visit in South Africa. Main reason south Africans don't understand Nigerians is that, Nigerians are afraid to confront challenges that Nigeria is facing, instead they run to other countries. |
