and I noticed when charging it stops at 49% it also drains fast (the battery).
so I decided to buy another battery yesterday .charged it to 100% now the problem is when using the laptop the battery drains to 50% then jumps 7%(Low Battery) please is the fault from the laptop or battery??

first of all Go back to place where u bought the battery for them to change the battery for u and make sure u charge the new battery at least six hours before using it .
Mostly this problem comes from battery
And at times it might be the power settings in windows

Are u using windows 7?

Lolx the two is very good For me I will suggest u to go for the one that high generation,high storage space and high memory although if they have keyboard back-lit light it matters sometimes
But brother if one of them is having ssd for storage just choose it base it is more faster than hard drive

Brother take it to engineer to check exact screen ur system is using because there are different types of screen for laptops and too budget at least 20k
U might have change after replacing it

Don't worry about anything bro
Even people do go for AMD A series(A4.A6.A8.A10.A12) talking more of the ryzen
Thermal issue are just their pass mistake they did and they have resolve it in their recent processor

For my own advice to you
Go for Amd ryzen because it is latest processor of AMD with great performance and too they have adjust from the problem of thermal issue people do recommend of it than nvidia because of price

I have had an issue which has repeated itself. I got a fairly used laptop which work very fine except the battery capacity. I was dissatisfied with the battery and returned it. It was replaced successfully. I used it till 20% and the system suddenly shutdown, upon all efforts, I was told by a laptop engineer that the battery has been damaged. consequently, I got another battery and this same problem occurred again. please technicians and gurus in the house, what could be the problem?

Buy brand new battery inside carton na two hours e go last for u if u want gat rest of mind
