Please what is the full meaning of PENCOM, NIMASA AND TETFUND. |
All these corrupt, uneducated, powerful criminals can't match Dangote and that's why they are in the dark. Their money has no value. No; the street, thuggery factor is of high value in Nigeria. Form a violent, stable, criminal gang and hold society hostage. Kill for power or look away in poverty, this is the business of Nigeria. |
The average Nigerian runs away from a tribulation. Gradually, that mindset will change, as the value of nobility is recognised. Nigeria will become that country that we all want because Nigerians are nationally a good people. Good always overcome evil in time. |
Sanchez01:I like your comment. One thing about changing a thing concerning your biology is, that person becomes more wired to be serious. I just can't be mushy or lovey dovey. I don't say i cannot love; be romantic, but it's like trying to run fast with a four year old. It drags a guy back. I don't know if there are other guies that share this perspective. I like a kind of olivia dunham lady (in fringe). Displaying affections in going on about life. Not the stare at me for 5mins type, open the door for me, pull the chair for me when i sit or work towards me correctly, respond with a certain type of gesture when i make a particular action type. |
Krak:yes i used to have inferiority complex but it stopped when i realised my mates saw me as a bros and we couldn't even relate anymore. And when accepted that people i dealt with and will deal with were people i looked up to. I guess it was the begining of my inferiority complex cause i didn't have that understanding as a kid. |
now, ms sarahn, by saying you'll release a link to your book when mine ranks under 20000, you only under-estimate the truth. It dosen't make you a superstar, on a light note. |
ok Ms sarahn, it dosen't seem me like you hurt me on this side. Sincerly, i like you and i didn't say this earlier because i thought you were a guy with the(M). Now i'll tell you a story. Once, one day, i was browsing through nairaland and i saw a thread. I read just the first comment and realised this was something i could do. Straightaway, i went to work. At work i wasn't inventing, i was realising myself. I didn't care about no niche and i didn't care about no research. A person is the standard of his nature. Christ! Now i'm not a graphic designer and everyone could tell, so i outsource that task; i just gave directions. Value is not in the world and so it is not bound by traditions nor conventions. Value is real. If it is not real it dosen't matter what niche or how much research. Real is your nature. Man dosen't corform to value, but he expresses himself and sees that it is good, because it works; it is real. "he expresses himself" i.e he exerts his humanity. If humans don't act nothing will happen. Reality is just like some old boring record stuck on playback. Now, in the course of work, i came up with a title and, as heaven will have it, it fell under a category. Isn't that the motive of research. I type in the title of my book and other books like it appear too; so it dosen't seem like an alien product. I didn't go looking for books first or a niche, and proof-reading is a different thing. That's why i will not tamper with the "realness"(value) of my book. It is not the book, maybe i got my nature wrong. |
ok, first, i didn't go through secondary school with my mates: i was one of those double promotion kids. Therefore i was usually the youngest boy in class. I'm a very handsome guy. I know i'm handsome because, nevertheless being the youngest then, i had quite a number of advances from girls in the classes. The girls were certainly older than me but they were also teenagers. Why were they interested in me? I was quite a superstar. I was like a star quaterback, an Usher and a brainy at once, on a great face: imagine! Essentially, i was pampered all through college by girls but i didn't do a bad thing with them. However, i didn't have the rapid growth spurt, so by the time i was in uni it wasn't funny at all and this time the girls aren't teenagers. I decided to focus on working out for a time. In that time i developed this "bitches aint shit but hoes and tricks"- nature(work-outs went with rap), and girls and i didn't go together at all. Now i'm about 5"8 aiming at 5"10 that's the maximal results i think i can get. And now i have this "what can she tell a nigga"-attitude but the girls don't like me first before my character; they don't give me a chance first, as innately i'm a nice person. It's like it is too late. It's like i can't reconnect with them; i can't tolerate them. Like they always want to attack me first as a defense mechanism cause they feel insecure. Or is that how ladies generally treat guies they are into but for whom they percieve "the what can she tell a nigga"-attitude? I don't understand. |
okay! Ms sarahn do you have a book live?, i'd like to see yours. By the way my book was on free promotion and it didn't do bad. I have taken corrections and will apply that knowledge in my next book. But i didn't make any changes to my book nevertheless. I just like it the way it is. I will only change the price thats all! The turn out on free promotion was amazing! If it is such a horrendous book why would anyone want to peruse it at all? |
politics and oil production are the only two industries in Nigeria. The entertainment industry people are just eating out of their hands: nollywood, comedy and music. So power and oil are the two major goods in Nigeria. Oil requires huge capital investment, so a person will need a lot of money or power. Power however is achieved with social acceptance more than money. With power a person will simply need a party and a good lawyer and must constitute a stable factor in society for social acceptance. Don't think that your small business will propell you to the top, you're wasting your time. I will open a thread on this. Nigeria has to feed us. So that, by the time i graduate, i should have a feasibility report. Am i insane? |
white black white black white black. I think whites in general are less moral and religious than blacks. Blacks still hold on tightly to the divinity. A black, generally, is trying not to go astray or cause a disaster. Blacks are still under this atmosphere of religion. Its like trying to remain a good person. Like some power above is on our side and we, as a society, dread to offend it. So we try not overdo anything and do wrong secretly, so that; as when you land from plane and all you smell is hypocrisy and nothing works. Everybody is looking at the other while the quality of maintenance tends to zero. We have to get out under that shade. No one knows of any such divinity above and doctrines and tenets aren't but to make us a good people, as blacks; they don't do miracles. We have to better our languages, orgarnise the society, and understand Science to our nature not based on the Chemistry, Biology, etc., that they brought us; that is to their nature. The whites knew this a long long time ago now check the level of evolution they have achieved. They will not accomodate "no black" to come and reap where he did not sow. Tsunami's, earthquakes, nuclear disasters are all aftereffects of taking the plunge. It is life; collateral damage but they have truth, wisdom. Men i'll do anything for that wisdom cause i done develop myself to their nature, i can understand. |
"unclad transformer cable", are you kidding me |
that image was arranged. The man standing next to the car is a passerby. |
what do we want sef. The average Nigerian has a T.V, dvd, mobile phone, generator, laptop, and is sure to eat every now and then. We want a government that will pay us every month to sit in front of a system and pretend like we do something or watch t.v everyday. Man makes his society like how you make your bed is how you lay on it. What i mean is we have the adequate standard of living in general to effect change and structure the Nigerian society but we lack education. We rather bury ourselves behind computing devices. The reading culture is very poor. Kai! Country like Nigeria where our eye tear reach back government still dey cheat us. Haba! |
On a very light note, the $12 price is an increase by amazon.com and i don't know why. I'll deal with it on monday. The price is $9. On the lenght, i guess its a total loss then; for you. But, to give you a reason, you never heard this info anywhere before, as the lenght couldn't stop it. It transcends ordinary writing conventions. It contains a perspective of life that you have not yet achieved. Thats why it is pure wisdom; It offers science that is not bound by conventions. Knowledge don't bind us, real knowledge frees and exposes us. No fears, no worries because man comes before information. Humanity is the value of reality. I could go on. |
Sarahn: |
First, very terribly; as you guies opined, my cover image is poor. I'll have to do better on that. Second, my surname is my surname and i'm not going to abbreviate it. Like i said earlier, its either a success or a total loss. Third, i don't think it's about the lenght. My title is not a story book. It is truth. Science is true before it is complex. Besides, i don't think i'd like to read 600 pages on an ipad. I'd rather get a hardcover book. Fourth, a statement is very complex in the book, as sophistication is complexity not "longevity"; and so is the description. I see i didn't paragraph appriopriately, asides that the description is perfect If readers are lazy then they are not ready to win they should not get a copy. They should read romantic novels instead. In addition, i thought lazy went with short but sophisticated. |
Sarahn: |
such a good laugh, it gave me. |
NaLaugh:your opinion is just one too little to effect any change. |
NaLaugh:i do not agree with you. i think you exaggerate, but it's not for me to say. please, anyone else with the same opinion and poof! off the cover image goes. |
i have a little concern though: amazon.com added $3 to the price of my book. I don't understand. It makes the price a little bit prohibitive. Though, i don't doubt the book can pull it off: it such a nice book. Brief and precise. But i might have to reduce the price. |
etebefia:I typed in the title on google search engine and another book with the same title came up. I didn't feel bad; my book is new, but i was surprise. Then i went to amazon and typed in my title and, voila!, my book is listed(with the best cover btw). This is the link to my book www.amazon.com/dp/B00OHRA336 |
I'd rather not vote |
I don't want any. How can we still vote in Goodluck? I'm not going to talk about Buhari, Apc are jokers with Buhari. Change my ass. How is buhari a change. It seems as if the parties are imposing leaders on us. What will happen if we don't like all the contestants the parties present. And here the op is presenting two piles of garbage. So we cannot look in our country and pick someone accountable, a this is what should be done and does it type: no facebook chat, someone with no ties to anyone; no allegiance, no God father. Someone who takes power today and roots out all corrupt public officials tomorrow, no stories. Lets the masses themselves start his party. So the masses possesses the power back. It's not about voting anymore. So who the masses party present is the winner. All these parties don't hold my interest, i don't want anything to do with their contestants. |

CrudeGH you no get sense? Can't you see we are making jest of you? You make all ghanians seem stupid. You are just one ghanian among a thousand Nigerians and your trying to prove a point. It dosen't matter what you say. it dosen't matter how concrete. This is a wrong platform, which makes everything you say pointless stupid and meaningless. Go and make you own forum and ridicule Nigeria, and see whether we care at all. |
My book is live now. I faced some challenges: first, i couldn't upload my content and so i moved the file off my flash to the system and i was successful. Btw, it was in Word format, the system advised against PDF. Second, i unknowingly chose "public domain work" option so i couldn't opt in for the 70% royalty plan. When i decided to settle for less; 35%, i couldn't also publish my work. I shoud've chose the "not public domain work, i retain all publishing rights" option. Until i realised my mistake. Let's talk about promotion deals. Apparently we have to promote our books ourselves. I thought KDP does all the marketing? |
help help help the kdp amazon site would not allow 70% royalty plan. please did i do something wrong? why are they trying to cheat me na? |
INDESTRUCTABLEX:sorry, already got a cover. I want to know does anyone know about text effects in Word. I want to design the headers in my work, as well as the pages in general; to give it a standard appearance, as opposed to the ordinary, Word, plain-text look that it carries now. What type of people offer such a service, so we might meet? |
INDESTRUCTABLEX: Will be back to share my success story, thanks op. In btw, those looking at getting a professional cover can contact me.i need a professional cover, how can i contact you? |

such a good laugh, it gave me.
