From my own point of view, I think if they will be allowed in Nigeria, they should be taking to sambisa Forest to occupy that territory. The Northern Elite are against this moves because it will mean the end of boko Haram business. No more insurgency and kidnapping in Nigeria. Which loan app can give more than one time loan. I taught when you have used your BVN to get a loan from one financial institution,when you are applying in another bank they will not grant you because you have an outstanding balance to repay the previous bank.
