Four Simple Ways To Avoid And Overcome Sexual Insubordination

THE PURE WORD:
We all should already know that sin is deadly and fatal. Sin has immediate consequences (which hurt one's body while still on earth) and eternal consequences (sending one to eternal damnation in hell). Therefore, every human who loves him/herself should be committed to avoid committing sin. We all should strive living a sinless life, overcoming sin (you overcome satan when you overcome sin).
As humans, we are always prone to falling into sin (due to our inherited Adamic nature). Therefore, we always rely on God's Grace. Nevertheless, we were told in the above scripture passage (Matthew 26:41) to "Watch". This simply means that, even while relying on God's unfailing Grace to overcoming sin, we also have our own parts to play.
Here are four simple ways that helps.
1. AVOID PEOPLE THAT CAN MAKE YOU COMMIT SEXUAL SIN
Not every human you see around are 'ordinary human'. A lot are satanic agents used continuously by satan to make people fall into temptation and sin. Many handsome guys and beautiful ladies you see out there are directly working for satan. They are from the marine kingdom, they have familiar evil spirits, evil witches and wizards, belongs to demonic occultic societies, etc. You won't recognize them easily (except if you've got The Holy Spirit in you). Also, many other humans aren't from the marine world, neither are they in evil societies, but they are indirectly working for satan. How? Their lifestyle is making many people fall into temptation and sin. You need to avoid them.
Avoid people who encourages you to sin. Avoid relationships and associations that makes you sin (boyfriend-girlfriend relationships, bad friends, etc). Avoid people who are not God-fearing and sees nothing wrong with doing bad things. Don't make friends with those whose lifestyle is not in conformity with God's Word: The Bible.
Instead, be God-fearing, and make friends with God-fearing Christian brethrens. They will always influence you positively.
2. AVOID THINGS THAT CAN MAKE YOU COMMIT SEXUAL SIN
If you are a spiritual person and God opened your spiritual eyes and reasoning, you will see that many of the things tagged 'innovation' today, are actually tools that were formulated in the realm of darkness to make people commit sin.
Avoid anything that makes you sin. Avoid porn/romance movies and books. Avoid secular ungodly songs, bad clothings, websites not giving Glory to God. Avoid anything making you commit sin. If the internet is what is bringing sin into your life, make a sacrifice, you should dump your internet-enabled phone and go for a phone without internet. Remember Jesus Christ said that it is better to cut an arm making one to sin and go to Heaven, than your whole body should burn in hell.
Instead, read the Bible often. Read good Christian books and other edifying materials. Watch Christian movies (they are superb). Enjoy listening to gospel songs (trust me, they will give you joy)
3. AVOID PLACES THAT CAN MAKE YOU COMMIT SEXUAL SIN
God is everywhere but He chose not to manifest everywhere. There are certain satanic-infested places with sin-odured atmospheres (club houses, brothels, lousy night parties, drinking bars, etc) that are satan's domain. God hates such places, and you being a child of God should hate them too and shouldn't be found there.
Instead, enjoy going to church. Go to Christian gatherings. Go to good seminars that can help you positively in life. Go to God glorifying places only.
4. AVOID SITUATIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES THAT CAN MAKE YOU COMMIT SEXUAL SIN
Irrespective of your anointing, there are certain circumstances and situations that when you put yourself in them, it is extremely difficult not to commit sin. An example is when you are sleeping on the same bed with a member of the opposite gender who isn't your married spouse. Avoid being all alone in a closed place with members of the opposite gender. Avoid circumstances and situations that can make you sin.
I pray God will give you all victory over sin, satan, and this world. Amen.

This is not fiction. It happened in the real case of Madu v. Madu [2002] 13 NWLR (Pt. 783) 231.
Here’s what you should know:
Grace Madu and her husband had a customary marriage. She applied for land, and the allocation was made in her name. But when things fell apart and she took the matter to court, claiming the land as hers...
She lost. Why? Because the court discovered:
The husband paid for the land.
He processed the allocation.
He collected the certificate.
He developed the property and rented it out.
She couldn’t prove any financial contribution.
The court applied the principle of resulting trust (A resulting trust happens when one person pays for a property but puts it in another person’s name, and the law assumes it wasn’t a gift. So, the person holding the title is just keeping it in trust for the real owner.), saying the name on the Certificate of Occupancy doesn’t automatically mean ownership, especially when someone else bore the financial burden.
What You Must Learn from This:
1. Your name on the document doesn’t guarantee ownership.Equity may favor the person who paid, not the person named.
2. Always document your contributions.If you helped pay for a property, protect your interest legally. Don’t rely on love or promises.
3. Understand resulting trust.If you’re only the ‘name’ on the land, and not the person who paid, you may be holding it in trust.
Too many women lose everything when marriages fail. Not because they did anything wrong, but because they didn’t understand the legal consequences of ownership and documentation.

Uloma revealed in a post on Facebook that she relocated to the UK two years ago with her children after raising them alone for six years. The hospital, Pinnacle Consultant Hospital and Clinics, which will house all branches of medicine, is being constructed by GUMEC Nigeria Limited at Ojoto, Idemili South local government area of the state.
The ground breaking ceremony, which attracted dignitaries from all walks of life was witnessed by Governor Charles Soludo, represented by the Commissioner of Health in the state, Dr. Afam Obidike; the traditional ruler of Ojoto, Igwe Gerald Mbamalu; chairman, Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council, Igwe Chidubem Iweka; Chairman of Louis Carter Group, Chief Louis Onwugbenu; the executive director of the South East Development Commission, Silvester Okonkwo; medical doctors and other dignitaries.
Speaking at the occasion, the president of the United Doctors, Prof. Ndubueze Fidelis Okonkwo, said that access to quality and affordable health care cannot be a monopoly of the rich and the famous.
He said, “All men are created equal and deserve access to the best health care possible. We plan to lead global partners to achieve this goal in Africa.
“We plan to deliver and advocate the development of innovative wellness solutions that will improve the lives of individuals and communities. We intend to serve as a resource center that will teach others the rapidly changing evidence based medical care.
“People with wealth often go abroad to seek medical care that will cure or alleviate their sufferings. We’re working on changing this phenomenon and making medical tourism a thing of the past for Nigerians.
“We want to convince Nigerians that Nigerians are as good as anyone else in possession of the intelligence required to understand and deliver the best health care. Nigeria lacks in some areas the necessary equipment needed to train our brilliant local providers and the development of sophisticated skills needed to deliver world class medical treatment.
“Nigerian doctors in the diaspora are constantly proving this point by serving at the highest levels in hospitals and medical schools worldwide. There are 26,000 black physicians in the United States, and 77% of them are Nigerians. The irony is not lacking when you notice that Nigerians go to American hospitals for medical treatment only to discover in some cases that their doctors or head doctors are Nigerians.
“We plan to introduce world class transplantation medicine, particularly kidney and pancreas transplant, while adding others with time. Our cancer treatment center is expected to open soon. While urging partnership to ensure timely completion of the project, he thanked Chief Louis Onwugbenu, chairman of Louis Carter Group, who he said, saw the vision and volunteered to join as a benefactor – pouring his money and time into the project.
Speaking, Sir Louis Onwugbenu, said he has already injected about two billion naira in the project. He said he keyed into the vision of the diaspora physicians because of what such hospital promises to offer Nigerians.
He also informed that when he was very sick and flown abroad because of COVID-19, he promised God that if he survived, he would give his wealth to provide good health care for those that lack the resources to provide it themselves.
Engr. Ifeanyichukwu Godson Ume, chairman of GUMEC Nig. Ltd., the contractor handling the hospital project, said that the hospital will house all departments of medicine; adding that before the end of 2026, it shall have been completed.
HRH Igwe Gerald Mbamalu, traditional ruler of Ojoto, where the hospital is being built, commended the initiative of the twelve medical doctors that came together to build the hospital, which he said, would help reduce medical tourism among the people.
