If you are able to peovide sufficient mitigation to the reasons cited for previous refusals , you may be granted

Hello everyone I am a University student currently in 300 level who wants to go to the UK to visit his mom who have been living there for the past 5 years however 2 years ago I was denied a visa twice which was a dependent visa based on the sole responsibility requirements now I wish to visit my mom in the UK for my long University holiday and also attend her graduation however I feel scared that's my previous refuses are we have effect on my new application please I don't know if anyone here can guide me on documents to submit to prove that my intention is to leave the UK after my holiday.i was 17 years then now I am 19

U clearly don't know this people ...there's no harm in submitting further proof ... I have seen enough denial even after submitting court document showing sole custody...

Entry clearance officers have discretionary power to ask for supporting documents to support an already submitted required document and they do it all the time.....

They do it with marriage certificate...they will ask u to submit more proof of your union...

They do it with birth certificates...asking for hospital records and school records...

If they are not satisfied... they will use the sentence, "I am not satisfied that this document alone fully represent the welfare of the minor" to deny visa

What exactly did you submit?

Was it a Court Order of guardianship or sole custody? If No, they will keep asking you!!

Have they acknowledged the custody court document u sent in the new NSF....make sure they have incase they ddnt see it...

.if they have ...May be they are asking for other backup evidence like....
..Different Letters with different dates from school ...addressd to you as the sole parent.
...
E.g...PTA notice letter,
Tuition notice letter at the start or end of term,
Tution receipts showing u are the one making payments...(many school will put name of parent somewhere in the tuition receipt)
Inter house sport event notice letters ...
Any other letter about your child addressed to you from the school...

Any document from hospital showing u are the only parent ....E.g Past record showing her genotype test, blood group test with only your name as the one who gave the consent for such test...

UKVI craze gaaan..anything to deny the application of minors is their goal ..
