GraciousWords: Thanks again for your direction GraciousWords. I really do appreciate it. To be honest, I cannot explain how I got the extension but I was granted it alongside others when my application was about 4 days to expiry, the information came by mail and I instantly saw the extra 60 days on my profile. The only thing I can say knowing what I know now is that it was definitely God's mercy because it is very likely that my application would have been thrown out if I had submitted within the initial 60 days. I had uploaded all my docs and was ready to submit but it seems some people had issues submitting so they renewed the time. I don't know what their criteria for renewal was but I was mercifully included. Your advise on going back home before submitting has resolved my confusion and I will definitely be doing that. Thankfully my ticket date gives me enough time before submission deadline so I will submit once I get home and get a new PCC. I really want a straightforward application so I will do whatever is necessary to achieve that. Thank you once again. |

Gyyv:Thank you once again for replying me. I am not actually resident in the UK, I am only here on a visit visa. Will I still need to get PCC from here? |

Gyyv: Thank you so much! I will do a new one. Please will applying from the UK have any adverse effect on my application? My family is back home in Nigeria and I have seriously been considering going back home to apply from there since my deadline got extended by 60 days. |

Please guys does foreign travel invalidate PCC issued before the person left Nigeria? I am only on a visit visa and my place of residence is still Nigeria. I got PCC in October and will submit application this December. Do I need to get a new one? |

79733139: Unregistered businesses still pay money to the govt one way or the other. This one I believe will have such receipts. Registering it now might be a red flag |

Please guys, is it a problem for express entry if the business the person works for is unregistered and has no online presence? how can one prove experience in such a situation? I know i have read something on page 1 about it not being a problem if the workplace has no online presence but I am not sure i saw anything about it being unregistered. Can anybody help? I am asking for a friend who works in a big farm in a rural area but the farm is unregistered. They are into poultry and cucumber farming. |

phabulous88: Thanks a whole lot for this. Yes we have the title documents bearing both our names. We didn't buy the land though, it was a wedding gift from family when we wedded. The deed of gift is available as well and its notarized though not registered. 1 Like |

Good evening good people, please if I get to this point in my application, does it mean that I am done? If I sign and transmit, will there be forms to fill? I am asking because I keep seeing stuff said about IMM forms in previous pages and I didn't see any of that in my required document checklist. Please am I doing something wrong or is that how it's supposed to be? Please help!

I am also on a holiday in the UK, I should return in December. Will I be allowed to do my medicals and biometrics in the UK or do I need to return to Nigeria for it. My family will be doing theirs in Nigeria. |

Hello people, please I am new here. I was advised to come follow this platform as I prepare to submit my PR application and honestly I am grateful to the person. I have learnt a lot already. Please I have a serious concern about proof of funds. Can I use a new joint account to show our funds? We are a family of 4 and about to sell some jointly owned land ( my husband and I) for our relocation but the issue is that none of us wants the money to be paid into the other's account due to some past issues around money. It's a long story, please don't dwell on it. My question now is, is it wise to open a new joint account for the money to be paid into it and we then use it as main proof of funds while also showing our personal bank accounts? Will this be a problem? Thank you in advance for your help. I am grateful. |
