I started to notice this rash on my penis head a couple of months back. Doesn't respond to antifungal cream. I looked it up on Google and its similar to erythroplasia queyrat, an in situ cancer of the penis. I need help pls. Doctors in the house please.

I perfectly understand. terms like hypochondria and is not typhoid were what I kept hearing. I stopped going to the hospital even when I had positive stool culture that won't respond to antibiotics. I went herbal. trying all sort of herbs . I can recommend the following herbs I'll encourage u to trial out on different occasions..don't use all at once. move from one to the other. and note the one that relieves you. you can't learn to live with it..is never easy dt way.
1. utazi leaves well washed and pounded or u can even chew it if u don't mind with a pinch of salt,, morning on empty stomach and night as last thing to eat..drink plenty of water to flush it down

2. garlic..Yes garlic
if u can tolerate it . dice it into tiny bits and chew it..U can also mash it and lick it. note if you have ulcer u can't use garlic especially if you haven't eaten
3. aloe Vera juice . someone said he drinks the juice from the fresh plant. I never did that. however I bought an already prepared one called New hope aloe herbal juice by New hope herbal world onitsha Anambra state.

there's no way at least u won't get relief from any of these. pls drop your email cos I'll like to monitor the treatment process. I know how you feel. u deserve to be healthy.

yes o by God's grace. it turned out that the typhoid has gone a long time and I was now suffering from chronic sinusitis presenting with dizziness,,fever , catarrh and headaches. I used ampiclox by Beecham or flumox to stop the symptoms.. anytime I face the challenges I take antibiotics and get better .what are your symptoms exactly and have you done stool mcs to know if the organisms are still there?

My symptoms were frequent headaches,abominal discomfort, constipation, lethargy..
Though one doctor talked to me about possibilities of antibiotics resistance..I hate to hear that though..
Did stool mcs,and they said they didn't see anything..
But I also came in understand the bacteria might be hard to culture atimes especially at the late stages of the illness..
All I know is these symptoms started after they diagnosed me with typhoid fever back in 2018..
Since then I have been having relapses after each course of antibiotics..
Although I'm trying to forget it..
Doctors even say I have hypercondria.. that I just imagining my symptoms..I don't blame them though.

Please reciprocal, are free from all those typhoid symptoms you complained of?I'm having similar issues.. I have taken to many antibiotics yet sypmtoms persist.

I am not sure 10 tablets of vitamins are necessary per day. There is usually one single vitamin complex tablet that you might need to take. As male who eats normally, you shouldn't need any supplements unless you suffer from some disease that affects absorption of nutrients from your gastro intestinal tract

Please what is the treatment option for resistant typhoid fever that is not responding to antibiotics of all sort.. being having this condition for two years now..

I have been trying to shed typhoid fever for the past 2yrs now with no luck.. symptoms are frequent headaches, muscle ache, fatigue, abdominal discomfort, constipation...I have done all sorts of test hiv inclusive..but typhoid keeps coming up with high titre values..pls is anybody with the same issue here..
It's leading me to depression.
BTW..no antibiotics have proved effective so far..I have taken lots of antibiotics.
