So sorry for your refusal. But be rest assured that is just a temporary delay ok. Now, as others rightly said and as ell as you know, this a generic refusal reason, as such, it can't be used to ascertain what actually the reason for the VO's refusal. As we have always advocated here, ordering you note will help know the exact reasons/comments of the VO and help you/us to know how to tackle the refusal reason(s). So order your note and come back. This is a common everyday generic refusal reason which can be properly tackled with the study of your GCMS notes, so do the needful and order for your GCMS notes, when its ready, you can come back here with the notes, then we help you interprete the notes and give you ways to tackle the concerns of the Visa officer..

It's not right to guess what went wrong with applications without gcms note. Order your gcms note.

But since ircc had started using refusal templates. I can give you hint if it pertains to you. Let me share with you some refusal reasons based on personal assets and financial status.



1. I have reviewed the application. Taking the applicant's plan of studies into account, documents submitted show some funds seem available; but with lump sum deposits. Concerns that these funds would be sufficient and available for the whole course. I am not satisfied that the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense. Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the terms and conditions imposed as a temporary resident. For the reasons above, I have refused this application.



2. "I have reviewed the application

Taking the applicant's plan of study into account, documents submitted show some funds seem available, but there are concerns that company funds would be sufficient and available for the whole course. I am not satisfied that proposed studies would be a reasonable expense .

Prove of funds dad's personal savings account with $100,000 balance . Tuition for whole course is less than $30,000 . Case challenged in court and ircc request out of court settlement ."


3. This one is long, can't type it. It's about applicants family establishments. Landed properties not submitted, business invoices not submitted.


4. Provenance of funds, how the funds were accumulated.

personal assets and financial status after providing proof of funds of over 30 million naira and landed property documents belonging to my father. My previous application was through an agent before I was introduced to the thread. I applied for a study permit on the 30th of September 2021 but sadly my application was denied. The reason for my rejection was based on financial status and and personal assets. My mother was my sponsor and we provided over 30 million naira as proof of funds and also my dads C of O.
