I think we have too many options in attack, all doing fine in their clubs 1, Moses 2, Musa 3, Martins 4, Emenike 5, IK Uche 6, Ideye 7, Peter Utaka 8, Osaze 9, Anichebe 10,Ejike 11 Uche Nwofor 12 John Utaka 13, Uche Kalu 14, Ehiosun even Yakubu is not finished Too bad only 6-8 of them will make it. It's going to be highly competitive. |

Is martins still relevant for a competitive shirt in Nigerian football?, his legs to me seem tired and can no longer fire. it's better we encourage younger strikers and start featuring them b4 2014. BlueMurder: Obafemi Martins has to rediscover his form soonest for him to regain his place in the current team. |

cant we use a 4-5-1 modern day strategy, have a solid back 4 then spice it up with a crazy midfield use a poutporri of attackers and midfilders depending on the opposition but center it around Mikel, and obiorah, that gives space for obasi, moses,musa,osaze,kalu,lawal,obi if we are facing teams that have good defencences, and if we meet teams that have good attackers and midfielders, we employ the likes of reuben,ayila,kaita or any other defensive midfielder with steel, and skill. The watch ward for the coach must be concentration, they should work on making the eagles concentrate on the ball for at least 1hour,so they dont loose focus...we dont have exceptional free kick takers so the more reson why we need box to box attackers we need to get as many penalties as we can. We need a lone striker upfront and Emenike, ideye ikechuckwu fit the bill, i love martins he cans score 20goals in la liga but he is way pass his eagles prime .......banki(the chosen one) 1 Like |

Ivory coast had their opportunity in d previous competition bt left it for Zambia,also d previous one against Egypt bt the almighty Ivory coast failed again. They are nt as mighty as they look... Go Nigeria we r solidly behind u. |
