i recently paid for a 3 bedroom flat in Ogba.new building,fenced ,well located.with water.
i intend to sublet two rooms out.each room has its toliet and bath.
preferably bankers or blue chip firm staff,must be single,
price is 250k for 2yrs.no additional charges.
must convince me that they are nice guys.troublemakers stay away pls,
