I don't think you are completely correct. All these big 4 don't pay jack. Don't be surprised that the salary for that position is below 6Million.

Admitwithschola: A Lagos based financial institution requires the services of two BOND/FIXED INCOME TRADERS. The Personnel Officer has since been on my neck to help them find somebody. This was after several adverts on the Internet with close to 1000 CVs but none with the required skill and experience..

The position does not require a CFA or MSc, just simple BSc AND fixed income trading experience. I do not know the salary that will be offered, but I know that similar positions at FBN, Zenith and co attract a salary of over 6 Million Naira per annum.
