. Well, one thing is sure..... u cannot download whatsapp directly to your phone! However, how I do it for my friends and family is this: Get another S40 phone, say Nokia X2 or Nokia 302. Download whatsapp to that phone, do not open it, copy or move it to the memory card. Remove the memory card and insert in the Nokia asha 200 phone. U can now be sure u will chat on whatsapp. If ur network is good, u might be able to update notifierz den u will get notifications |

I wonder what a thread with so many hidden posts is doing in the front page. The question has been answered in the first page of the thread and it is working perfectly, I wonder why this thread should be revived. And yes, Whatsapp works on Nokia Asha 200 without any tweak, but you will not get notifications like other phones, it works like 2go, it is only when you open the application that you would be able to send and receive messages. 2 Likes |

lool..u guys r funny o..suprisely watsapp cn work on any nokia phone that use memory card...b4 barkin..remove ur mcard nd put it in any phone that does watsapp nd copy it on ur mcard..insert ur mcard nd see for ursef..d only problem is that it shows d watsapp contact of d fellow u copy it from ...u'll ve to change d pone number on watsapp then it wil update wit ur phone contact on d new wttsapp...ve done dz several time jst to knw if it works 1 Like |

Guys pls help me out on this. I bought nokia 200 asha 2wks ago, but can't access my message nor send messages. Each time I open my message, it tells me 'message storage memory not ready'.
