May I correct the highlighted? On a normal day - and even on an abnormal day (challenging day per se) - the ETA is meant to be within Monday and Thursday. As much as the phone wasn't dispatched to Lagos, Nigeria when I told you it will be, Specuit Cargo (UAE) took the best decision to avoid a repeat of the 'packet scenario'. Also, we're still within the ETA.

I'm sorry for letting down your expectation. My sincere apology to you and the owner.
