Based on the event of last 3 weeks, please note that going forward, we won't take any China orders without first verifying the following:
1. That the seller[s] can dispatch to Specuit Cargo [China]. Most sellers don't dispatch within China because China is poised to be export-centric and when they don't, it really creates an endless loop of requests for alternatives that could span into days or weeks. 2. That the seller[s] accept card payment as an option. In the event of bank to bank payment, we can handle that but we won't be responsible if the seller[s] fail to deliver and make away with the funds.

So...we took a step that. Or several steps. Unlearned everything we've learned about China in 4 years and 2 months. Relearned the process. Decided. This is tough. We understand how online shopping operates and how this could lead to low percentage of order requests being paid for but it's the right thing to do.

We've gone back to the table to see that the very few complaints or negative feedback we get on this route are 100% because of this singular issue; nothing more. So we've worked backward from where we want and need to be in the future, for Specuit Cargo [China] and for Specuit Cargo as a whole, hence we're taking this process away: of not making certain before receiving funds for China orders. We don't want to hold your funds and ask for alternatives. We never want to hold anyone's funds. It's not - and will never be - our idea of doing business in Nigeria or anywhere in the world.

Our aim for doing this is to ensure that once an order is placed and paid for by you or any other client, the purchase will be made within 0-48 hours as is for other routes: USA, UAE and the UK where the details for dispatch to any address are spelt out from the get-go. Since China can't fix this on her e-commerce platforms, we'll fix it from ours. With this decision on our table, we're fixing it from ours.

We crave your understanding and we hope you understand. Yet, if this decision doesn't work for you, then may we deal on other routes or when you understand why we've got to make this decision. First, we must protect what we're building and ensure that our word remains solid. That's how we grow.
