I do have to clarify that I'm not Specuit and Specuit isn't me. Specuit is a company and companies are operated by team players (employees). This isn't a one-man op and won't ever be.

Expecting that I reply you would be disrespecting other team players who are paid to perform their duties and/or micromanaging them and also, it means I'd have to extend that courtesy to every other client which would mean not handling my actual duties & responsibilities for Specuit. I apologize but that culture can't be found here; I can't disrespect them, same way I won't disrespect you. The Finance Team worked with information from the S & M Team to create your invoice; implicitly and explicitly asking me to step in and void that isn't cool at all.

There are Teams within Specuit to address your concerns/complaints and this, I believe, has been addressed. Nonetheless, since you're yet to get your package because you refused to complete your payment, your complaint is still very much open and valid.

Your heaviest item doesn't weigh 4lbs (1.82kg; converted by dividing 4lbs by 2.2 in any case you wish to do a double-check); item weight is different from package weight; this, you can always verify from your vendor(s) or the courier(s) they use for Local Freight. I, when I worked at the Hello Team, clarified this with you again and again. And this, I have, on several occasions repeated to some clients. Permit me to correct your notion that some items are weightless: no item is weightless because boxes, bubble wraps, sheets and all other materials added to safeguard your items make up the weight; this is one of the many things to factor in when shopping/freighting internationally.

An actual weight of all your packages will be difficult to decipher at this point because as you're aware, we strip all packages when they arrive Lagos, Nigeria, run a verification on them, take snapshots which are repeatedly uploaded here for promotion purposes, security purposes, et al. and we repackage in portable boxes or nylon bags to make them easier for the Courier Team to move them from one doorstep to the other.

However, the S & M Team will provide you with the weight of the stripped-and-repackaged packages of yours within the hour. Then, if you're still unclear about anything, the right Team will address that.
