Reports have it that a 2-storey uncompleted building just collapsed at Ishaga Road, Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.

Metronaija can confirm that Only 2 people rescued so far but they have sustained serious injury and been rushed to the hospital.

Another report from the scene says 3 people are still trapped.

Too many structurally deficient buildings constructed during the millitary regime.....To avoid all this causalties, a State-wide structural test should be carried out.....

But it would be quite expensive, the authorities that are responsible might use that as an avenue to extort the public and some people will kick against it as "Anti-poor".
