RX300 does not support aftermarket DVD System. Because of the way the radio and A was built together. You can only install multimedia mirror monitor with rear camera.

Dvd for highlander is 6.9inch and if it is not installed properly for JBL vehicles the issue you stated above arises. Mine are Dubai stock. Android models are on pre order only
