Result of the last shell scholarship exam is yet to be released

The result has been released and award letters have been sent to Winners through the office of the Heads of Departments.
If you participated and anticipate you win, kindly get your HOD's officeto know if there is any goodnews

Pls is anybody here on shell scholarship? I need a little help. I received the award letter but the whole document submission process is slightly confusing. Urgently need help.

By the way, for anybody in UNILAG, you have to go to DSA to get your letter.

-Apply for and get an approved statement of your last Academic results, which should have your CGPA.
-Write in plain paper your acceptance letter and a letter indicating your not having any other scholarship award.
-fill your award form
-Make copies of your documents
-send originals to your DSA to sign.
After he/she has signed,
sending might be done by your Students affairs department or by you, to the address stated on your scholarship letter by post.

pls i was called by shell abt 3weeks ago nd they
told me dt d award lettet dt wz supposed to be
sent to me was returned back to their office.... d
guy dt called then told me he will mail it again to
my skul dept bt since then i ve been checking on
our departmental office bt no letter.... i ve been
calling them back bt d lady dt picks d call is
always indifferrent nd she will jxt tell me dt d
letter will be sent... pls wt shud i do
