Hi guys am about to upload pictures of a room self contain built with 300k somewhere in Abuja fro the foundation to the finishing. The building took us 8 days to put together. The land was given to me by a friend to was my course mate at the university and I met again after like 6yrs.

I ve only fro now to may next year in Abuja and bulldozers ar coming after 2015 election. I can't afford to pay 800k for a room

WOW!! if you really did all this with 300K am impressed. Better than paying 800k for a room when you'll be leaving there soon. Ingenious.

Bliv it or not this room was built wit 300k tiles was less dan 20k and only used in d kitchen and toilet. Around 500 blocks were used @90 each PVC 8k a bundle was used. Electrical wires for 6k. Two bundles of zinc @ 9k each. Soak away was dug @5k. 2 big rubber of paint @2800 each. Is a very simple house

When digging we discova a big rock and had to start fro dere. Mind u the house is a simple room constructed to accomodate til April next year instead of paying 800k for a room
