Guys, Please can any one assist with explanation on the advantage of Msc Pub admin over MPA or vice versa. Also I need to know if both private and government organisation can consider M.Sc Pub Admin for employment been an academic masters. |

Both are masters degrees but M.Sc. Public Admin is an academic masters and after completion, one can proceed to P.hD while MPA is a professional masters degree which is a terminal programme. Holders of MPA can't proceed to P.hD. Both are acceptable in both private and public sector except the academia where professional masters are not acceptable for lecturing. 1 Like |
