As for LightHouse Estate, there is no discount anymore except @ N3M, (12months instalment)

for Flourish Gardens Estate, the company (developer) Flourishgate Royal Properties Ltd still sells @ N2.5 M outright payment

but our Company R& Continental Services Ltd is selling 2plots owned at a discounted rate of N2.3 M each (outright payment)
