A local business needs the Services of a results-oriented Sales Lady to RUN/MANAGE a small sales outlet.

The Role
-You will effectively be running your own business.
-Therefore you will be solely responsible for MANAGING all retail operations.
-You will control the sales and inventory records.

Requirements
-Strong retail/marketing skills
-Good communication
-Fluency in English and competence in maths
-Ability to work without supervision.
-Previous retail experience is an advantage

Qualifications:
-SSCE and above.
-1 or more year's Experience

Training and Development
-We will provide you with relevant sales and ICT training
- Personal and Business development coaching available

You can't blame her. Every one has his or her taste. She told you the kind of working environment that she want or will you perfer if she had not told you all her mind and after you must have employ her , she start misbehaving?

You're right.
But I'm talking broadly about the mindset that many have, especially when the advert is clearly for those who need an opportunity to earn an income and acquire skills, outside those provided by a traditional job.
In the end though-
To each his/her own.

Please if you're passing this (and any other) job advert to anyone kindly give them all the relevant details.
I've had several applicants over for interviews. Most came without full knowledge of what the position entails- in that it's an entrepreneurship opportunity.
So they ended up wasting time and money travelling down here- some from far distances!
So please help them properly, rather than just giving a number to call. They will appreciate you for it.

Here's a quote every employee should live by:

It has at least two meanings-
1. While at work for your boss, be diligent- but mind your business: gossip, idleness, taking your job home when there's no overtime bonus- these must be avoided. Have a REAL life.
2. This is more obvious:
